Good wine, sample tray gives a variety of sweet and reds. Board games to borrow while you are there. Inside seating, outdoors on the porch or out in the yard. Service is efficient. A separate tasting bar during busy times. The homemade bread and variety of cheeses and fruit is a nice side. Also have pizza and sandwiches. A nice clean place to drink a glass or take home a bottle.

If you're looking for a laid back atmosphere with great pizza and kid friendly, you'll love this winery! Pizza was delicious and plenty of drink options beyond wine. It's walkable from downtown if you're on the island without a vehicle or want a little exercise.

Fun, kid friendly atmosphere. The pizzas were better than we were expecting. The curry chicken was excellent and reasonably priced. Our Waiter told us exactly how long our food would take, which allowed us to enjoy the games they have. The Irish music was a nice treat.

The winery itself was beautiful. I myself didn't drink any wine (just grape juice), but everyone I was with said it was quite good. Unlike the other reviewers, we were attended to quickly without issue. They also have a nice porch for seating. I personally think the wineries on Put-In-Bay are nicer, but this one isnt bad.

Quite an odd ball experience. I went for the wine. That was amazing!

Then both myself and my wife as well as her elderly father were all berated by a man with a sock puppet. Please allow paying customers only.

My fiancee and I visited Kelley's Island this past summer and had the privilege of stopping here. The food was incredible as well as the wines. We tried numerous wines through a tasting and couldn't find one that we didn't care for. To top all of that off, the atmosphere is amazing. If you make it out to the island, you should definitely make it a priority to stop here.

As a frequent visitor to Kelley's Island and the winery, I was very disappointed yesterday with the inflated prices this year. 16oz can of beer was $10 and a pizza was over $20. Doesn't look like I can afford the winery this year. Plenty of more reasonable prices at the Kelley's Island downtown area.

Went there to buy a case of wine. Thought I would get a bite to eat. I sat down and no one greeted me. I waited..and waited... and still no one came over. The bartender was there and about 4 people at the bar. A game was on the tv. So I went to the bar and bartender seemed in her own world. Ignored, I tried to make contact with another guy who went by me to the kitchen. He ignored me. I said excuse me..and he never came back from the kitchen. So I left and bought a bottle of wine at the market. I agree with other list that customer service is spotty.Rather go to the village pump or casino uptown.

This place was awesome!

This place was awesome!

We ordered a wine tasting flight, which was awesome- it is a 1oz pour of each of their wines. I am normally a sweet wine person but their driest red wine was so awesome with the oak notes and a heck of a chocolate finish. I also liked the two sweetest wines. We were there at closing time so we need to go back and pick up some bottles for later. My wife also had the Sangria with made her quite happy! :-) Since I was driving (Don't drink and drive, kids) I had a cup of their Vinyard grape juice which was lovely with just a hint of oak and cinnamon.

In terms of food, we ordered the deluxe domestic cheese plate which was quite lovely, with warm bread, an apple, three good cheeses, and a lovely mustard which was also made on the premise.

We had the "Fun Guy" pizza which was a white pizza with a garlic butter sauce, mushrooms, and a garlic aioli sauce on top. It was heavenly. (And remember, I was completely sober...)

This eating experience has been a highlight of our trip to Kelley's Island and I cannot recommend it highly enough. :-)

This place has the best food on the island, and the sangria is great too. Try the mussels and the bruchetta. My husband ordered the steak, cause he said, what the hell. We're on vacation. Best steak ever, and totally worth the price. They also have a really nice play area for the kids, so you can enjoy your wine while the kids enjoy themselves too.

We only had burgers & a pizza. Food was ok. Wasnt really impressed. It was fairly busy but it took over a half hour to receive our food. Had to ask for more ketchup/mustard packets. Wasnt nearly enough despite 4 burgers being ordered. Tiny cups for water, only got a small pitcher/their was 8 of us at the table. Very expensive. A 12oz can of cider/beer was 6 bucks etc.

All adds up to me subtracting a star easily. Will return another time before I form a permanent impression.

We spend a lot of our time on Kelleys at the winery. Im not a wine drinker but my wife and her family all enjoy the options. They have a good craft beer selection. All of the food is good quality and well made.

The property itself is the best part for us. Theres the huge wrap around porch/patio around the building with lots of seating that is perfect and plenty of space inside as well. There are several horseshoe rings on the lawn and they have games like cornhole available as well. They also have a fenced in play area for little kids with a few little farm animals they can observe next door. For a place primarily existing to serve wine, its a good place to bring the family.

One of my favorite places to visit on Lake Erie. Family friendly, nice places to eat, drink, and visit. My favorite stops are the Glacial Grooves, the beach, and Kelly's Winery. The Winery has a next door cantina with the best margaritas.

Biked the island and when I cam to the Kelleys Wine Co., it was a pleasant surprise. The winery interior is amazing and well polished. The associates are super friendly and eager to help. Nice view outside as I relaxed while sampling wines. Sits next to the KI Cantina and some very friendly goats. Great way to chill for awhile before getting back on the road (biking). Naturally, did buy wine to take home.
