They promised to alter the dress freely but afterwards they've changed and asked for charges, It's not about the money but we lost the trust in you

There is some kind of defect in almost every product. I was very disappointed to find a hole in the dress and the zip didn't work after I paid the bill. It's not worth the price you pay to get a defective product.

Merchandise inside the store are not attractive as in showcase. Disappointing variety

I came with my wife to purchase Saree but the way Sales staff has shown their items made me purchase end no. Of items.

One of the worst neeru's showrooms in city.

Too much over priced dress and the tailoring is awful. My fiancee gave her dress and it came out very pathetically and its not anywhere close to what they promised. They will charge you around 2500 rupees to 5000 rupees for stitching and all but, its not worth that money and they will give you time at all so that people can not bother them and directly go away for the function.

Staff is bad and only male staff for tailoring and trails section. Sometimes it every awkward for girls to be in that spot.

My suggestion is to avoid this showroom in parklane. We never had any issues in other neeru's showroom.

Most important thing in the showroom, always check the price tag before they remove it. We had a bad experience of this when we checked it was 22,000 and by the time it went to the counter their changed it to 26,000 rupees.

Nice brand, when I visited at that time there is no good stock, I couldn't compromise my self to purchase.
