I have been working for Holz Rubber for 2 years now and I can honestly say, it's the best company I have worked for. Not only are the management and employees great people, they give you a cense of security in the work place. Our on site Engineers are amazing and we produce top quality rubber products. The employment area in warehouse is not professional, certain people there have big ego's and just because they have been there for a long time or is given a title they think they can throw there attitude around.
1 week in training then I go back on Tuesday and they say your fired no assignment your done here so I asked why? They couldn't give me a reason. I done everything they asked during training, yes I was still in training first week and I got fired there reason to the temp agency was they felt I was not a good fit. What type of reason is that? I just don't understand? Some of the guys there are kool but you have your average ego big headed people there. They need to be humble. Thank god I have another job to fall back on. I hope the guys that work there have better supervisors that know how to talk to people in a professional manner and know how to introduce themselves as supervisor or managers and is not afraid to tell a person where they are wrong or if they just don't like you etc...
