Barbara is a property manager at a house located at 4916 44th street. This lady will bill Us for a 40 gallon water heater ( never broken)was adjusted for heat, and was charged $90 dollars that was too small for a family of 6 .Only sprayed one time for roaches for the 6 years that we were staying here. If you break windows for example $80 dollars each. Please use caution with these people. Plus This house needs a lot of repair and work. Go look elsewhere besides needham properties/focus Realty.
Beware. These people are horrible. Barbara cussed at my son and hung the phone up on him when he asked for maintenance.
