This place is a JOKE (building across from main office where the film is made, extrusion) The management is the weakest I've ever seen. Piss poor! Management will watch a person fall, talk smack and smoke on a cigarette and not think twice about doing it for 12 more hours. No team effort and the equipment is just like the management. Screws loose, out dated, unreliable!
The management is pompus, self righteous, caniving, trigger happy to fire, hypocritical, overly zealous in their willful contempt to ignore and abuse any safety regulations, dismissive of any qaulity assurance concerns brought to their attention in order to have a reason to terminate the employee when the equipment fails. The building itself is OSHA's nightmare child and would promptly lead to a shutdown within thirty seconds of a surprise inspection and only serves as an entrapment for those that work there if any catastrophe should arise. The unwillingness of the company to expend anything from profits to benefit either their employees or even bring the building or the equipment is a sin against their business model and would likely lead to the termination of any individual that managed to speak up. Even as I write this, it has passed through my mind several times that this review will be attached to my termination papers, but that wouldn't be a revelation by any stretch. The most iconic word of this company...TERMINATED!
