Everyone here was so kind and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful and unpleasant experience the very opposite. Although I recieved a good outcome medically speaking I'm sure many people do not and that is where the kind and professional help that was given from receptionist to the nurses up to the doctors made all the difference to me. They are wonderful and exceptionally professional people here willing to help you whatever your outcome may be.

Came here with a history of heart issues and they took everything very seriously. Bryan ER is designed to send you home if you're not in immediately going to die. The staff here at NHI treated me with the highest levels respect and privacy and took my needs seriously. They did not hesitate to do what they needed to do to ensure my safety. Ryan especially did everything to make me feel safe. And thank you all so much.

The staff and doctors are all nice. Dr. Ackerman is great. He takes the time to listen to my questions and explains the answers to me. Dr. Ackerman found a heart murmur and checks it once a year to see if it gets bad. Does an echocardiogram every other year. They know what patient care means, and Dr. Ackerman is a smart doctor!!!! :)

My bypass surgery was done in July of 2019. It was possibly the worst experience of my life. I m diabetic and couldn t even get a menu to look at for meals. On one occasion they even brought me someone else s tray on accident. They just shoved off what couldn t eat and called it good. Twice I was served food on trays that had dried food on them and my husband hand washed the flatware because of stuck on food. They did give me a protein drink- outdated by three weeks. I took 2 types of insulin - I only received 1 type and even that was administered wrong. I was told that they followed their protocols.
I checked in at 165 lbs. I ballooned up to 200 in three days - oops! Not enough lasix.
If you want quality care go to Bryan.
