My bypass surgery was done in July of 2019. It was possibly the worst experience of my life. I m diabetic and couldn t even get a menu to look at for meals. On one occasion they even brought me someone else s tray on accident. They just shoved off what couldn t eat and called it good. Twice I was served food on trays that had dried food on them and my husband hand washed the flatware because of stuck on food. They did give me a protein drink- outdated by three weeks. I took 2 types of insulin - I only received 1 type and even that was administered wrong. I was told that they followed their protocols.
I checked in at 165 lbs. I ballooned up to 200 in three days - oops! Not enough lasix.
If you want quality care go to Bryan.
