Nadat de datum al eens veranderd was van onze bestelling kregen we een nieuwe datum waarop mijn man specifiek thuis is gebleven. Op de datum zelf kregen we pas in de middag een update dat de zending niet geleverd wordt en dat de nieuwe bezorgdatum in 1 week zou zijn.

Wanneer je NE Distri Service belt krijg je onbeschofte medewerkers te spreken die aangeven dat het zo nou eenmaal gaat en als je er niet blij mee bent dat je dan maar je bestelling moet annuleren.

Schofterig gedrag en slechte service!

Wat een absurd slechte levering, Alles zou tot de voordeur gebracht worden. Meneer wou waarschijnlijk niet wachten op de lift ivm de rij (nieuwbouw flat) en de trap niet gebruiken, waardoor ik 8x de trap op en neer ben gelopen. Terwijl het bedrijf waar ik heb besteld heb alles tot de voordeur zou brengen. meneer beweert dat hij geen gebruik mag maken van de lift terwijl hij zonder problemen bij even wachten in zn eentje gebruik kan maken. Bij de volgende x laat ik ze alles mee terug nemen tot een normale levering.

Worthless company. In my case, I received 3 emails for delivery, the first two of which were no more than the delivery day and the third the estimated time. Actually fine - but if on that day the driver arrives without the package on time that is strange. Apparently his bus / truck was too small to carry a package of 100x50x2cm. Package delivered half a week later. If this "logistics" company makes promises, you can't count on it. If I ever come across this name at the time of ordering, I will look for another place where they do use solid logistics partners.

Niet op komen dagen en later online bij de status: probleem vermeld. Ze bellen niet of laten niks weten. Aangezien het vrijdagmiddag zijn ze niet meer te bereiken na 5 en dus geen flauw idee wanneer ik mijn order van topjaloezieen.nl dan wel kan verwachten. Maandag weer vrij nemen?

Recently ordered a package through Veneta. This is delivered via NE Distriservice. You will receive an email on the day with a link and the expected time. In this case, May 4 between 19.00 and 21.45.
