Very poor service. Is waiting for the umpteenth time for a delivery from them that is not coming.

Never had so much trouble to get something delivered. Today waited for nothing and lack of clarity about where the package is. Can not say otherwise that it seems hopelessly amateurish.

Not recommended! The car was too small so a week later no order within because they are not around or 6 hours later than agreed.

Meneer wou waarschijnlijk niet wachten op de lift ivm de rij (nieuwbouw flat) en de trap niet gebruiken, waardoor ik 8x de trap op en neer ben gelopen. Terwijl het bedrijf waar ik heb besteld heb alles tot de voordeur zou brengen. meneer beweert dat hij geen gebruik mag maken van de lift terwijl hij zonder problemen bij even wachten in zn eentje gebruik kan maken. Bij de volgende x laat ik ze alles mee terug nemen tot een normale levering.

Worthless company. In my case, I received 3 emails for delivery, the first two of which were no more than the delivery day and the third the estimated time. Actually fine - but if on that day the driver arrives without the package on time that is strange. Apparently his bus / truck was too small to carry a package of 100x50x2cm. Package delivered half a week later. If this "logistics" company makes promises, you can't count on it. If I ever come across this name at the time of ordering, I will look for another place where they do use solid logistics partners.
