We received an email with a track and trace that stated that our package would be delivered between 8:30 am and 11am. Hour later track and trace stopped working. Called and then were told "ah yes but our driver fell ill so we split that ride into 2, your order will be there in the afternoon between 3 pm and 4 pm"
An email with that information would be very customer-friendly, so that we are not waiting uselessly and can also do other things !!!!!
