I truly love this service. It keeps my son motivated and knowledgeable in all areas of the sport and education. I am going to use it with my other children it is worth every bit. I highly recommend. Thank you recruiters!
I was rushed through the sign up process. They controlled the read through of your "contract", but make sure to exclude you can't cancel after 5 days. Covid shut everything down and my son couldn't play football. We never even set up our profile before my son expressed he wasn't interested in football if he can't actually play. Then I was put on leave for work and my income was drastically limited.. I didn't call for a refund. I called to cancel the remainder of the membership, explained all my hardships, and they totally disregarded me by telling me that per contract it was too late. They took rent money on several occasions. This is a scam. At some point, I'll consult with an attorney to see what I can do to get my money back.
BEWARE if your child gets SICK or INJURED and cannot continue their sport! THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND. Incredibly disappointing. Asked for a refund when my daughter became too ill (due to a newly diagnosed autoimmune disease) to continue her sport. At the time we signed up we thought she was just exhausted and stressed and would feel better but that wasn t the case. Diagnosis was made 6 months later. Never to used the service, not once. I asked for a refund but had to pay in full. Supplied documentation from the doctor they asked for, proof of diagnosis and they refused to reimburse a penny. All they care about is the money. Said only way to recoup the $1000+ I paid it to gift (sell) it to a friend. They made a difficult time even worse, adding insult to injury.
They are a waste of money. They have done nothing to help.
We are just starting the program. I am positive that it will be a good investment.

SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!! I am a single Mom and my son was not using the service. I wanted to cancel and they told me I was locked in. They are making sure to get your money and do not care about the child or family!!!!!! A quality company would allow you to cancel this is a SCAM PERIOD!!! I will be telling all the parents I know the same thing!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!
I was never told that you can't cancel. I provided a credit card that was my moms for ONE time as the review the policy period, they charged her card a second time without my permission and now i am stuck with a contract. My son couldn't do anything during covid. When I reached out to cancel and tell them this they said for him to watch videos. Sure after doing online schooling when the WHOLE country is shut down!! Never ever took into consideration how people are out of work. This is a company that does not care about anyone. Other companies let people out of contracts because they lost their job due to COVID. Utility companies are stopping payments but NOT NCSA. My son's friend reached out about this company and I told his mother NO STAY AWAY!
Excellent resource in starting my college search process. The coaching staff is great and knew what they were talking about and made me very confident when having the important phone calls with college coaches. The site did a great job at getting my profile to many schools and also how well I would fit in with my set preferences in a college.
