The zip line are awesome. The guides are very knowledgeable. I would recommend calling ahead to see if you can get a private tour as they will out you in groups and getting stuck with random strangers can be very irritating. The whole course can be done in less than 2 hours if you aren't b slowed down by other people.
Ain't nothin wrong with the experience here. We got three ziplines in the package, which were all outrageous, and the staff were friendly, funny, and excited to be there. Only thing is I wouldn't do it again unless for special occasions with folks from out of town, those who've never ziplined, etc. It's a little pricey. I've done it once and that's enough unless... like I just said.
Our tour guides, Dory and Anika, were amazing and well versed in their job. We never felt uneasy due to their thoroughness in telling us about what to expect along the tour. The van ride up the mountain was interesting, don't look down! We had never zip lined before and my husband thought I would freak and back out but it was a great and fun experience. We will very likely zip line again at Navitat. The tour guides took great pictures and I have enjoyed having them to show I wasn't scared! The mountain tour included 3 zip lines in lengths of 1100, 3600 and 2400 feet. I am glad there were 3 zip lines included, it made it all the more fun!
Beyond enjoyable! The staff are entertaining and engaging while also being professional and careful. The speed on the this third zip was like a convertible on the highway. I strongly recommend this, h/t Alex and Jamie. Do it. You know it's on your bucket list.

If you ever have or never have zip lined before Navitat Canopy Adventures in Asheville,NC (have places in other states also) is the place to go! I've zip lined before but the Blue Ridge Experience one of three options offered there is a blast. It's $99.95 for a 2-21/2 hour package including 3 zip lines, the trails leading to each zip line and worth every penny. The first line is 365 feet high and reaching speeds from around 60 and 65 MPH. The record so far there is 77 MPH using a speed gun. The gear is great, very comfortable. The guide for the 8 person group that I was in was fantastic and very informative giving very interesting information about plant and tree types during rest stops along the trails. Very highly recommended for the thrill of a lifetime!
Navitat is one of the most fun and inviting outdoor adventure companies we have visited! Our trip was about 4 months ago (just getting around to writing reviews from summer adventures). Our guides Anika and JC were awesome, funny and knowledgeable, made us all feel completely comfortable. They made every part of the tour at Navitat entertaining, exciting, and educational at the same time. We will definitely be back, and will request Anika and JC again they're passionate about their jobs and seem to sincerely care about everyone in the group getting the most out of their experience. I was impressed by the knowledge both had of the environment, history of the area, and of course zip lining. They also did such a great job of taking photos we were so excited to see them when we finished. Navitat has easy check-in, a kind & welcoming reception staff, beautiful waiting area and plenty of parking. OMG!!! The experience of a lifetime! I always wanted to try ziplining. The dullnon Blueridge experience is totally worth it & truly a magical experience. The zip tour at navitat is absolutely incredible! Wonderful staff and overall environment! Jared was our tour guide and was incredibly knowledgable, funny, and kind throughout the entire tour! My partner and I were up in Ashville a few weeks ago for work and didn't get to do much but work until our last day when we decided to go zip lining before we embarked on our 7-hour long car journey back to Florida.
We went on the mountaintop tour at 9:30 with Molly and Dory who were awesome! Both of them were very knowledgeable about the wildlife, plants, and the area in general. They made us feel completely safe and comfortable as we zipped from mountaintop to mountaintop! The views where spectacular!
Overall both my partner and I had a blast and made the trip worth it after working the whole time! We felt we where ziplining all the way back to Florida for the rest of the day! Would highly recommend it!
My roommates and I had such an amazing time on our tour! I ve been to other ziplines in N.C. but this one was definitely the best. The automatic brake system was awesome and makes it so you don t have to worry about a thing except for enjoying the views.
Also our tour guide, Kayla, was the best! I was born and raised in this area and she still taught me so many cool facts about the flora and fauna. It s clear she s super knowledgeable and cares about making you feel safe. I highly recommend this tour- and do yourself a favor and request Kayla!

Since we were novices we did not sign up for the ULTIMATE ADVENTURE, but after the TREE TOP we knew we had to do the MOUNTAIN TOP. So back up the mountain we went!!

Our group that morning was a non-stop comedy routine! Our guides, Jesse and Scott, chimed right in. These guys were GREAT!!! Throwing in facts about the flora and fauna, while they were taking such wonderful care of us each step of the way! The variety in the TREE TOP tour is DELIGHTFUL and you will be AMAZED at each turn!
The afternoon was spent with JC and Dom as our guides! The tandem zips were FUN!! The speeds were BREATHTAKING!!!! JC and Dom gave us more information about the ecosphere around us! All the guides gave great information and none of it was redundant or given in that "Charlie Brown teacher" style!
Our drivers were unbelievable too! Jason was a MESS!!!

We had a great time at this outdoor facility. We did the the three zip line course, it was so much fun! Our two tour guides were also phenomenal. They were funny, engaging, and went out of their way to make sure that everyone was having fun. I would highly recommend Navitat!
This was my first experience ziplining and it was incredible! My instructors Nick and Allison were personable, knowledgeable, and definitely made our time at Navitat memorable. From the very beginning I felt comfortable and in good hands. Nick and Allison brought a fun dynamic to the group. 10/10
Absolutely a must-do in the Asheville area. Best zips ever! Scenery has to be experienced as a description cannot do it justice. Staff is knowledgeable and fun to spend a couple of hours with. Just go! Beyond worth the price.
My wife and I did the mountain top tour and this was the first time we ever zip lined. Allie and Luke, our guides made the experience fun and enjoyable. For first timers I just want to say that Navitat is a professionly run operation and recommend you try it. We also learned from Allie and Luke that trees are cool and awesome.
Dory and Devon were great guides on our zipline adventure. It was my 3rd time at Navitat and it was the first time for my sons, age 9 and 12. They had an amazing time and were comforted by our guides. They are looking forward to when they can go back.

We went on a 930am Mountaintop Tour and had Scott and Grant as our guides. We had never been zip-lining before, and it was the best experience ever! The tour consisted of a bumpy van ride up a winding mountain road, hiking a trail, and riding 3 zip lines. The first is short and like an intro, the second is very long, fast, and incredible. The 3rd is slightly less long, fast, and also incredible. Safety is taken very seriously, and I never felt in danger whatsoever. They really take the time to explain every step of the way, and they do all of the work for you. The hike isn't bad, although there is one part that takes a decent amount of cardio to ascend the steps. Scott and Grant were awesome!! They took the time to explain tons about the nature and wildlife along the way, and they were real genuine people. I'd highly recommend Navitat to anyone looking for a safe adrenaline rush, and we will be coming back with friends in the future!

Yesterday was my third time to run the big zips at Navitat. I have never been disappointed and I am pleased to see that they continue to make improvements. Our guides yesterday, Emily and Garrett, were terrific. They stressed safety but were fun and knowledgeable of the surroundings. I will be back and will continue to recommend Navitat to friends.

We booked a mountain top tour and from the minute we arrived we were treated like we were then only guests at the facility! The guides, Anika and Jesse, were amazing and fun!! They made us feel very comfortable and made sure that we were having the best time!! Each zip has it's own unique experience and this adventure is highly recommended!!

Luke and Shannon were great guides thru the 6 zips we did. Shannon was calming and patient to encourage me to take the first plunge. Luke has lots of forestry knowledge amd great jokes. Wow! What an amazing experience! I've lived in the blue ridge mnts for almost 10 years and this gave me a perspective on my home that I've never had before. I was terrified to zipline, being very afraid of heights, but the guides were excellent and made me feel very safe. After the first zip, I wasn't afraid anymore. I really appreciated all of the extra information that the guides provided, they pointed out native plant species, and included fun facts. I feel like I learned a lot in addition to having a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Probably not once in a lifetime, because I will be back. Thank you David and Garrett for being awesome guides.
Highly recommend for zip lining & RTV tour! Second time zip lining and the safety measures and the educational aspect of it is top notch! Learned about all the mountains in view & plant life! Some of our family zip lined & rest did RTV tour which followed them through the forest as they ziplined & enabled is to get great pics! Don t miss out if you are coming n the area & worth the drive!

I've been on 5+ ziplines around the world (including Costa Rica, Colombia, and Australia) and this one was the best by far. Beautiful, exhilarating, and serene.
Visiting for the weekend, was gonna go to the Gorge but couldn't be accommodated so we found this place and thank God we did. It's absolutely amazing here, great staff very clean and organized and they had appropriate COVID-19 measures taken for everyone. Our guide Greg was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly and made the day a lot of fun for the whole group. Would definitely recommend, and I'll likely be back. Thanks guys.

What a great value! This is an amazing zip line adventure center both for those who zip and those who prefer the relative safety of the ground via an RV shadow tour. Aimee, Jesse and Luke did such a great job making sure everyone was safe and secure, both literally and figuratively. The facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained. Can't wait to go back next year.

This was a highlight during our Asheville trip! Scott and Derek were awesome guides who made our entire group feel comfortable. Our tour guides, Jason and Derek, were funny and very knowledgeable. We had the best time. It was a bit cold out when we did the ziplining but that didn't take away from all the fun we had! Definitely making a return trip when the weather warms up in the spring or summer 2019!!
The only zipline worth putting money or time into in this state. Seriously, don't bother looking at the others. They are not worth the money nor the drive time.

Zip line experience was as advertised. Guide was pleasant, funny, informative and safety conscious. Equipment, lines and facility seemed top notch. We did the 3 longer zips. It's expensive but won't forget the rush of zipping 300' above the ground.
Really wish we had brought our own cameras or even phones for photos though. They advertised that guide would take, but it seemed like an afterthought to him. Had a friend visit from Costa Rica, once in a lifetime trip for her but our photos are blurry or badly shot even though we paid for the upgraded package with all photos.
Would have been 4.5 star experience with better photos.
JC was an excellent guide with safety in mind and a great sense of humor. We did the Mountaintop Tour and it was beautiful. You feel like your flying on the longest zipline. The 4x4 van ride to the top was like going off-roading. There is a small amount of uphill hiking to one of the zips but plenty of time to go slow and rest at the top.
Our tour started at 10:30am and a neighborhood deer named "Bucky" came strolling through the shop while we were waiting. It was used to all of the people and hung around for a while.

Navitat Canopy Adventures is incredible! Our guides, Katilin and Molly, led us on a two hour adventure I will never forget. The zip lines are fantastic - and the overall quality of the experience is unrivaled.
I learned a lot about nature and had my mind completely blown by the beauty the zip lines provided. Overall this really was a "bucket list" experience that is highly recommended.

The tour is paced well, with frequent stops to rest and enjoy the forest! If you're the adventurous type, this tour is for you!
We had an absolutely amazing time- truly incredible! Devan was our guide and us such a good teacher that I can almost recall everything he taught us about the different mountain ranges, plants, and ways this area of the NC mountains is a very special and unique place - not just for its beauty but also it s variety.
I recommend this adventure very highly and if possible- get Devan as your guide!

My boyfriend and I decided on the mountain top tour which included 3 zip lines and a couple hikes in the mountains. Our tour guide Tray did an unbelievable job at making this experience safe and fun. It was the highlight of our trip to Asheville and we will definitely be doing it again in the future. Highly recommend 10/10!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Navitat outside of Asheville. Jessie was our guide and he was informative, friendly and funny. My sister and brother in law came up from Florida to visit and we decided to go ziplining. My youngest son wasn't able to take the tour and my sister didn't have the nerve, so they took the RTV tour and were chauffeured to each of the ziplines so they could watch us leave the deck or come in. It was really awesome to have them be able to be a part of it instead of having to be exploded. If you get the chance you have to go, either to go zip lining or to follow along on the RTV. Thank you guys!
