My husband and I went on our first zipline together this morning. We did the Mountaintop, and I would Highly recommend this tour! I was beyond nervous. Not of the experience itself but of how risky doing a zipline is. I'm so glad we chose Navitat! All the staff were super friendly and answered any questions I had. We were so lucky to have Jesse, Ally, and Ethan as our guides. They were very knowledgeable and made the tour a fun experience. The Ziplines were Ahhhmazing, and we can not wait to do it again! Do It!

Amazing first experience. I never felt nervous because of the level of expertise and quality of gear and staff. I woiuld highly recommend it to all. My mother stayed with our dog on the property while waiting for us and enjoyed the grounds and much as we enjoyed our zip experience. When we returned she said she would like to come back and experience it as well, seeing the level of professionalism. Thank you for a memorable family experience.
This place was absolutely amazing. Especially for a family vacation it s super relaxing and the views are breathtaking. All the staff there was amazing especially Luke, Jesse, Kayla, and Molly.
We zipped at the Navitat location just north of Asheville and did the three extra long zips that are part of the Mountain Top tour. It was amazing and such big fun!! I've zipped before but never on lines like this - the longest being 3600 ft (about 3/4 of a mile). The speeds were crazy and the views were spectacular! You would go from rushing through the forest treetops, and then out into huge, open expanses, where you are soaring hundreds of feet above the trees, with wide open views of the mountain ranges. This is about as close as you will come to flying.
The zips are all done on dual lines, so you get to zip alongside someone, which added to the fun. My husband and two teen sons had never zipped before and they also loved it. If you want to try and stay together a bit during the jump, consider the weight difference of the two people and adjust by letting the lighter person jump a second or two earlier. Otherwise, the heavy person takes off and leaves the lighter one in their dust, so it kind of defeats the point of zipping together.
Our guides were Sydney and Mick, and they did a terrific job! They were focused on safety, both for the zipping and for COVID related precautions, and they also provided fun facts along the hikes making for an informative adventure.
Tipping: I would always suggest tipping guides for any adventure like this, but especially during these times. These folks are working during a pandemic so that we can all have fun and get a much needed break from our current realities. Be kind to your guides and tip them.
My son and I had an awesome zip tour on 9/7/19. Aimee and Devin were our guides and they were somehow both professional and entertaining. Overall Navitat is an awesome zip-line destination; well-worth the relatively short drive to Barnardsville.
Such a great experience! Our guides, Bob and Stephanie, made us feel totally safe and excited! They were awesome, would recommend this for all adventurous travelers to the area. The price is super reasonable for how awesome the experience is.
All of it was spectacular! The staff was nice and helpful in every way possible and always wanted to make each experience the best one! The timing of things didn t feel too rushed or too boring! Truly amazing! Our guides were Derrick and Luke and the made it fun the whole time and taught us some new stuff!
It's hard to describe in a few words this experience; the amazing and peaceful place, the people and of course the zip lining itself. We did both tours; The Top tree tour was challenging but thanks to ours guides Sam & Sam was a piece of cake.. They were much more than professional guides ; you can tell at a glance that they love what they do. They explained the course and the safety rules to us so well that what ever reason you may have to be afraid of the challenge was gone a few minutes later. The Mountaintop tour, it's all about height and speed. For that course our guide was Daniel. Again safety first and after the staff gear us up we headed to the mountain top. Daniel explained us all about the course and also local history, plants rocks formation.. Very knowledgeable and respectful person. Over all; It was a fantastic experience that I fully recommend. I have always wanted to zipline but have never done it before. Got the chance to come out here and it was one of the best experiences ever. Not sure if I will be able to find another zipline company that can beat this one!! Thankful for this experience and will be recommending it to everyone who asks for something to do in the area. Allison was a great guide, recommend her to anyone who comes out here. she is super funny!
Awesome experience from the moment we walked into the facility to we left hours later. The people all along the way were so friendly and helpful. Starting at the front desk, the staff who helped us into our gear, the driver to take us up the mountain and especially our guide who was so knowledgeable of the environment in the region. I highly recommend this zip lining for anyone who is looking for a little hiking, an adventure and an all around great time!
Amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while zipping through the tree canopy hundreds of feet off the ground. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. You're clipped in to the rope and cable systems at all times so it's extremely safe. Definitely on the top 10 list of things to do in the Asheville area.

Everything about my experience here was perfect. From check-in to final zip, staff was helpful, nice, and extremely professional. Kayla was an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The zip lining itself was world class with extraordinary views and state of the art zip lines. I've never felt so safe on a zip line before. Price might seem like a lot, but is worth every penny when considering the level of quality of experience, equipment, and staff. This is a MUST DO around Asheville. I cannot wait to come back.

Best zip lining experience I ve ever had! Only complaint is I wish it didn t have to end! Combines zipping and hiking to get the adrenaline and nature feels. Jessie and Anika were great guides and made it a lot of fun. Jason, our van driver, added to the fun as well! Great adventure! Definitely recommend it!

This was absolutely amazing. I had never been zip lining before. The adrenaline rush left me exhausted, but totally a once in a lifetime experience. The RTV ride may not have been worth the $50, but the zip line was worth the $100.
We had a great time at Navitat today with their Tree Top Tour. Blake drove us up the steep, winding, gravel road for the first part of our adventure. Our tour had 6 zip lines, 2 sky bridges a spiral staircase and a rappel-ish. Aimee and Kaylin did a fantastic job keeping us safe, informed and entertained throughout our tour. This was my third trip to Navitat and by far my best adventure!

Second time doing the moutaintop tour with Navitat Asheville--such an amazing adventure from start to finish! Knowledgable guides (shoutout to Nina & Anika) safely wisk you through the woods and along the ziplines, while still allowing you to socialize with both the big group and your individual ones. Amazing experience you just can't replicate anywhere else nearby. Great for all ages, both a peaceful & exhilarating time. Can't wait to be back for round three!!!

Did the zip course it was amazing and completely breath taking! Sam S was my guide and she was awesome! Super fun and energetic. On the hikes from zip to zip we stoped and she gave us so many interesting facts about all the plant life around us I really enjoyed it! Can t wait to come back for round two!
I took my grandson. It was awesome. I m 66 and I was petrified but the guides, Amy and Sam were great and helped set me at ease. I would highly recommend this adventure. My grandson loved it and I got a few grandma brownie points.

Today I took a trip with my work place to Navitat! IT WAS AMAZING!!! I was a little nervous at first but our Guides Jenn and Nina( BIG SHOUT OUT TO THEM!! ) were great. They made the experience so much more enjoyable for me! If i ever come back I would definitely request to be with them again! Definitely worth it!
Highly recommend this place!!!! Spent my brothers bachelor weekend here in Asheville and a lot of us were first time zip liners and we had SUCH a positive and fun experience. Absolutely beautiful scenery and our tour guide Nick L was extremely knowledgeable about the environment we were in. He was great - he had us laughing the entire tour, had some awesome stories & experiences and again, was SO knowledgeable!! And he always made sure that everyone was good and comfortable with what was ahead of us - the entire staff was also amazing, you can tell they all love what they do. Great experience!

Had an awesome time zip lining over the treetops. Scenery was amazing, zipping was comfortable and our guides Rachel and Diana were diligent about safety enabling us to ease any anxiety regarding the ride. Hiking between platforms was fun and informative as the guides related local trivia, flora info and treesy jokes. Clean facilities and all staff complying with Covid guidelines. Experience well worth the price!!! Plan on coming back to experience the other zip line.
We did the Mountian Top tour and it was so much fun! Our guide Trey was super knowledgeable and fun. Diane, Lexi, and Josh were also excellent. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

What a fabulous adventure. If you have never zip lined this is the place to start. There are 3 zip lines on the mountain top tour. It is not all zipping. You make 3 treks. The guides Hayden and Nick L. make the walks to each zip line interesting. They showed you different plants, trees and told you about the mountains. I liked that you didn't have to break yourself. They have a breaking system so all you have to do is enjoy the ride. Hayden and Nick L. were so much fun to be with. They were serious about safety but also did it a fun way. So my advice is Go Zip
Had a blast out here on a double date with friends. It's worth the money, and lots of fun. Maybe one of my guides just didn't understand that their were appropriate times for silence. Otherwise, 5 stars.

The scenery is amazing along with the staff. I felt very comfortable with them and got to learn new information about the nature around us. It was so much fun and would do it again!
We have been ziplining once before (8 zips near Fayetteville NC. Tree tops and waterfalls. Awesome). We opted fot the Mountain Top zip at Navitat. Sooo awesome. It's only 3 zips so of course I want more, but to experience one of the longest and the fastest zips in the country? Had to do it. The 2nd zip was our fave with amazing panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our guides Nina and Ethan were fun and informative. Learned a lot about local habitat! The van ride up the mountain was intense (in an exciting way)! Forgot our drivers name. Fun way to start the adventure, 4-wheeling up a mountain in a converted church van, with a lift kit and mudd tires! You have to pay for any photos at the end (u can pick 5 or pay for all). I think the 5 should be included in the price. Also would be kind of cool to offer 1/2 off second trip, if available, for booking same day after u complete 1st trip. This is a must do experience. We selected Navitat over Asheville Adventure Center (which was cheaper) based on the videos on their website and to experience one of the fastest longest zips!
Amazing tour, amazing guide, and an amazing experience. Took the Mountain Top tour and had an absolute blast. The three long zip lines are incredible, and I can't speak highly enough about our guide, Kristina. She made the whole experience even more awesome.
I'd say this is a good once-in-a-lifetime type of place. Meaning it's a fun experience, but it's so expensive I would only pay this amount of money once in my lifetime.
Staff is well trained and the guides do a good job of teaching you about the local flora and fauna to distract you from the fact that you're climbing halfway up a huge mountain without the assistance of any motorized device. Just be aware that the air is thinner up there and the effort you have to make will make you appreciate the ease of standing in line for 2 hours to ride on a ride at Disney World.
The zip line ride is pretty exhilarating but you are going so fast that it really only last a few seconds. So once you get past the terror of dangling a hundred feet in the air above Untamed Forest moving at 60 miles an hour the ride will be over.
So because of the high prices and the very short zip ride I would not make a return trip a priority.
Mountain top tour with our teenage daughters yesterday. Beautiful views and even not being a big fan of heights I felt safe as could be. Everyone was very considerate and knowledgeable. Our guide Nick was awesome. Gave some great regional factoids along the hike as well. Highly recommend Navitat. Good peeps.
First-class zipline operation. The runs are the longest and fastest I've done. Lots of fun!! Staffed by friendly but very professional folks who take safety seriously. The equipment and course are in excellent condition.
I can scratch this off my " awesome things I gotta try to do before I die" list! This place is definitely worth the effort. The views and scenery was amazing. These are memories to relish in photos and videos. If you can, do this, zip-line or RTV Tour through the mountains. All is great, big fun!!!

I learned a few things about the Appalachians that i didn't know before like a certain type of poisen ivy ( the hair vine) and the Appalachian orchid. Real cool. I did the mountain top tour 3 sweet zips. Would recommend it to anyone not scary at all.
This was one of the best activities I've done! We did the Ultimate Tour and the RTV tour. All the staff was super friendly. Our tour guides were Kaitlin and Jesse, they made the whole experience super enjoyable and fun! They had a lot of jokes throughout the tour and I always felt safe through the whole experience. Looking at how the zip lines were crafted and engineered gave me a sense of safety as well. They really know what they are doing. The second zip line (3600 ft in the air) in the Mountain Top tour is the BEST! SOO EXHILARATING and the view is absolutely beautiful! Worth every single penny we paid! The RTV tour was awesome as well! I recommended Navitat to anyone and everyone. My boyfirnd and I can't wait to to the one in Knoxville, T.N. next!
It was one of the amazing places to go zip-lining. The crew was very friendly and informative. Our guy Devin made it more exciting and great. He knew what he was doing. He was very friendly and cool. I would def. go back again and I also recommend this place very much :)
It was an amazing time!! There are so many breathtaking views while zip lining and gorgeous surrounding scenery in between! Our guide, Sydney, was extremely helpful, entertaining and funny! Highly recommend!
