I hired Nave & Associates to assist with an auto accident. They were very professional and kept be abreast of my case during the entire process. I would recommend Nave & Associates to my family and friends.

If you are dealing with a BI claim with this firm I would suggest you don't. They do not do what's in the best interest of the client. They don't return calls, they don't communicate, they give excuses for why the case hasn't settled in a timely manner. I know some cases are different, but the claim I am referring to is a simple case and should have been settled months ago and still isn't settled. I can only speak on an auto claim for bodily injury, but if this firm handles other cases in the same manner as the case I am referring to I would not recommend them.

I have worked with Brandi for more than 3 years and I have found her to be extremely competent and professional. She has always made me feel confident that not only does she now what she is doing, but that my best interest is of the highest priority. Its easy to get overwhelmed in the jargon and maneuverings related to legal matters but when I give the information to Nave and Associates I know they're never overwhelmed.

I used the firm 3 years ago for a bicycle accident, they were great. A year and half I used them for car accident involved with a gov. vehicle. I have heard nothing from them and the case is about to expire. I would only use them for a simple case, nothing that will involve a detailed investigation. I support minority businesses and will only refer them if someone ask if I know of a minority firm.

I hired them over one year ago to settle an auto claim. Everything started off great! My phone calls were returned promptly with updates. People seemed pleasant and easily accessible.

My accident occurred on Easter Sunday 2016.

There were a few hiccups during our time together with calls not being returned and receiving curt and terse responses from the person who answered the phone. Accessibility seemed to have been lost.

I filed a complaint and received a call from an office manager who began updating me quite regularly until my case was finally settled last summer.

I also spoke to Mrs Nave who was quite concerned that I had received less than stellar service. She really understands the value of service excellence and was empathetic to that end. After apologizing on she wanted to know if I had gotten any names of the offending parties; I had not unfortunately. She explained that she had contracted with a third party provider to take over phone support while her office was in transition. Someone is in hot water there; as they should be.

Overall I have to rate them 5 Stars. Attorney Nave and her native team are stellar and I will not hesitate to use them in the future (as I have previously) should the need arise nor will I neglect to refer others to them.

In this day an age it s hard to find a good lawyer that understands advocacy. Welp! Don t look any further because Attorney Nave is all of that and above.
