If you are dealing with a BI claim with this firm I would suggest you don't. They do not do what's in the best interest of the client. They don't return calls, they don't communicate, they give excuses for why the case hasn't settled in a timely manner. I know some cases are different, but the claim I am referring to is a simple case and should have been settled months ago and still isn't settled. I can only speak on an auto claim for bodily injury, but if this firm handles other cases in the same manner as the case I am referring to I would not recommend them.
