This is a wonderful environment to work in- the people and leadership are super supportive and caring. The work is challenging and exhilarating and Nava is the best place I ve ever worked.
BE CAREFUL DO NOT LET THIS PLACE FOOL YOU. I read previous reviews from people having issues with their appointment and being blamed for it and getting their credit cards charged. However, due to my health concerns, I decided to give it a try. WORST DECISION EVER. Here is how they operate, they ask for your credit card on the first call. They will explain to you that they require it just in case that you don't show up for any of your consultations, only in that case they will charge you $150.00 penalty. They book your first three appointments during that first call. I foolishly did as so. I had a video-call appointment set up as my first consultation. I followed all the steps in their email and text messages. I created my account in the patient portal. I did the connection test for the video-call and received the code and confirmation email. Everything seemed about right until that point. The morning of my appointment I received other email and text message with the code for the video-call. However, at the time of the video-call, no one showed up from their side. I waited and waited, and I sent messages through the chat, no one answered. They cynically called me an hour later to tell me about their policy, and that they will charge me. The woman said that they didn t show up because my profile was incomplete. When I asked her why they didn t notify me of it, and furthermore sent me a confirmation email for the appointment with a congratulation for the successful setup and code. She rudely said that they did call me. I told her I haven t spoken to anyone. She said, "you didn t answer so we left a message." THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE; it was a shameless lie!. Anyway, I asked her why they didn t send me an email? Which it is what you would expect from a medical facility, or even a text message for their and my records or for them to have proof of communication. Such an unprofessional place. Now I am afraid that they will keep charging my credit card for the other two appointments that I already canceled. What kind of professional facility doesn't send you an email and LIE ABOUT A VOICE MESSAGE THAT THEY DID NOT LEAVE? Shame on this place I would never recommend it.
