Have never had bad experience here. Just good help. The only thing is that they should make it easier to find

Lousy signposted and organized when one has to show up at the place.

I find it frustrating to call Nav On Friday it was 6 min wait and today it was First 8 min and turned into 11 min.It is the first time in MY LIFE that I experience that waiting time goes up in minutes instead of down. they return but it is not strange since there are so many numbers you have to press first so it goes well for Computer .....!? Not enough info on how to go online either. Please Pia Forsberg

Absolutely awful experience. I feel like I'm being bullied by my case manager. The last time I had a meeting with her, I told her I was a private individual.
"WHY ARE YOU !?"
"WHY DID YOU NOT GET THE GOOD CHARACTER ON VG !?"
"WHAT WAS SO WRONG WITH YOU !?"
She wanted me to quit, but I can't do that before my testimony.
I started to sweat, she just made me feel stupid and lazy. Dread me next time I have to see her. The whole hub arrangement is so hopeless.
