Not sure which is worst the product or the Custome...

Not sure which is worst the product or the Customer Service......Product Quality is simply not there, not in the frame (mostly cardboard, I have seen it), leather or the craftsmanship. Sofa Sections do not lined up or the stitching. I was told by the Customer rep that it s a sectional, that s the way they work... . All it has going for is the price tag (you get what you paid for!!! Buyer be aware) but rest assure you will be replacing it in 2 years, if you are lucky! I m a big fun of the Natuzzi Italian product, had many and still have! Beautiful sofas but the Editions version is made in China disposable items, sad that Natuzzi put their stamp on it , waisted monies and extra garbage in the landfills. I purchased a white sectional, 1st set came damaged, waited over 6 months, accepted the 2nd one, also with damage (so we can have something to sit on), had the technician come twice and after year of hardly using it... the leather started to discolour, it s not quite 2 years old...According to Natuzzi customer care rep it s a natural progression, leather gets discoloured from body oils . absolutely unrealistic explanation because: how can that be if the section of the sofa has never gotten in touch with a body??? Must be traveling in the air... but what wouldn t we do to decline a claim right Natuzzi Editions? Regardless how unrealistic the explanation is..... too bad that Natuzzi Editions treats their customers with a minimum or no respect .

The worst purchase I ever made! The quality of the furniture is as bad as their customer service. Cushions are extremely soft you feel the metal and material is floppy loose. Spoke with a Mary who brushed off my quality issues and passed the buck to Natuzzi Italy to investigate my file who came back with a "normal usage" conclusion. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive and uncomfortable couch. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Terrible quality and even worse customer service a...

Terrible quality and even worse customer service and Warranty Department. We purchased a Natuzzi sectional and it hasn't been even 2 years old and all the staples and stitches are coming apart, also the frame on the corner piece collapsed. I have called the Store and I even sent pictures to Natuzzi's main office in High Point NC and still no response from any of them. It has been almost five months and no one has returned any of my many emails.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS GARBAGE MADE IN CHINA. What a shame for the italians to have a company like this preaching about quality and excellence in warranty and don't have the decency of returning emails and take care of their customers.

Terrible! I waited for 14 weeks only to get the wrong color even though the color I wanted was on the order form. I used a company called LeatherFurnitureExpo out of Orlando, Florida and their website looked great but now I am being given the run-around about picking up this incorrect order and return of money paid. Whatever you do, leave this company alone. Mail order or website ordering is not the way to go because they do not deliver on customer service.
