Not sure which is worst the product or the Custome...
Not sure which is worst the product or the Customer Service......Product Quality is simply not there, not in the frame (mostly cardboard, I have seen it), leather or the craftsmanship. Sofa Sections do not lined up or the stitching. I was told by the Customer rep that it s a sectional, that s the way they work... . All it has going for is the price tag (you get what you paid for!!! Buyer be aware) but rest assure you will be replacing it in 2 years, if you are lucky! I m a big fun of the Natuzzi Italian product, had many and still have! Beautiful sofas but the Editions version is made in China disposable items, sad that Natuzzi put their stamp on it , waisted monies and extra garbage in the landfills. I purchased a white sectional, 1st set came damaged, waited over 6 months, accepted the 2nd one, also with damage (so we can have something to sit on), had the technician come twice and after year of hardly using it... the leather started to discolour, it s not quite 2 years old...According to Natuzzi customer care rep it s a natural progression, leather gets discoloured from body oils . absolutely unrealistic explanation because: how can that be if the section of the sofa has never gotten in touch with a body??? Must be traveling in the air... but what wouldn t we do to decline a claim right Natuzzi Editions? Regardless how unrealistic the explanation is..... too bad that Natuzzi Editions treats their customers with a minimum or no respect .
