Cool work. Mostly in the public sector. Seemingly, the only complaints are from ex-laborers.

This company does great work for the environment. Restoring habitats and they also do local landscaping.

I like these type of work because I'm fitted to work like that. My brother works like that and one day I am going to work like that an put a lot of work.

I've been a foreman for this company 3 years lead foreman 2 years I handled all field communication with our client public works and city devil's gate flourished with my crew under my guidance management had little to do with devil's gate except office work the project manager didn't even have the decency to tell me I was training my replacement that's natures image core values at work natures image claims wolf pack when in reality they're nothing more than a pack of wolves under handed and scheming throughout management I wholeheartedly believe the owner and CEO is clueless as to what goes on beneath her truly sad they've also been sued at least twice for not paying foreman or driver's drive time in their company trucks

This is a great California-Native Landscape Construction Company that at one time I was once employed; and it was such a unique experience for me. Top-notch, family owned landscape company; good people, professional, conservative, conservationist and they do wonderful, but also very unique work within the landscape industries. CA Native Plants are their specialty.

They do all sorts of native restoration (creeks, slopes, mitigation ponds, land conservation) projects, irrigation design, build and maintenance, removal of arrundo grass and invasive non-native plant material, to 5-year staged maintenance for successful native plant installation establishment periods, whereas project had to be successful for approval by the city/county prior to any final acceptance.

If you are a City/County, Developer, Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Biologist that are looking for a competent contractor in the restoration industry seeking a bid proposal - look into Natures Image. They will get the job done in an orderly manner, on time and within budget.

See for yourself, check out my favorite project that I had worked on was that of South Strand Conservation Area in between Dana Strand Road and Dana Strands Beach. It is a very steep slope ocean facing restoration project, with zig zag walkway leading to the beach. I had worked on the irrigation design and cost estimate; and it has been the most memorable project that I have worked on in 25 years in the industry.
