We did the discovery tour and thought it was great! The caves are beautiful and there are lots of other fun things to do. Make sure to take a group photo in the caves before the official photo. The location for the official photo isn't that great.

This place is beautiful and the guided tour is great. The guide was witty and the cavern hike is not bad. Wear shoes with good grip as the floor can be quite steep and wet throughout. It is warm and quite humid inside so no need for a coat, and I went in December so I can only imagine the summers.

Beautiful cave structure, lots of ramps and steps. Tour was a little short for the $ and I wish there was some kind of educational center or museum to help us better understand the cave, how it was formed and the cultural and envirnmental significance.

It was very beautiful! This tour definitely isnt for anyone with any medical issues! If you have any of the medical problems they warn about please take it seriously. It is very strenuous with steep slopes and alot of walking. Some areas are wet, best to wear tennis shoes instead of sandals. Would advise to bring water, this does count as a workout! Enjoy taking photos when you are permitted

Exspected more... Our tour Guide had trouble with her "lines" only focused on one "MALE" guest while his girlfriend walked out at rhe end upset. Once you pay for your tour (pricey) and go in you need to pay for anything else you want to try... The maze was entertaining for the little ones just 4 bucks more not bad. At the end the employees act as if your invisible I guess the tours over so their done with you. They swept the place while guest were still there shopping or just lounging, not to mention they seep the dirt right on you directly at your feet. I moved 3 times before I began to sneeze, so rude.It was a one time deal got great pics though.

Very nice place. We would definitely go back to take the other tour. Prices reasonable. The maze was fun but it was so hot that day. The cavern was beautiful! The kids has so much fun with the gemstone "mining" in the water troughs. This is a favorite thing my daughter loves to do.

Facilities are very well maintained. Plenty of activities here. Food, drinks, ice cream. The caverns are much better than expected. Even after visiting Carlsbad Caverns this place was still exciting. Also, the bat flight was AMAZING! So many bats fly out of a little crack in the ground. Bring a baby pack if you have a baby as strollers aren't allowed in the cave.

This is a rare beauty that my family couldn't get enough of. Though the tour is only about 45 mins long on average, we spent just over an hour in the cave. We just took picture after picture and I'm definitely going back again. There is so much to look at that you can't take it all in at once. There is definitely fresh water running though the cavern. The stalactites and stalagmites are amazing to see.
Easily one of the most beautiful caves I've been in.
Highly recommend for the whole family.

Wow, simply wow! It was our first time to visit the caverns and it was very impressive! The guide was very knowledgeable and she took the time to answer all our questions. It was amazing to see what Mother Nature can do! I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Visited on 1/05/2019 took the last Hidden Passage and Discovery Tours, Amazing Tours , informative and packed with knowledge, however , the tour guides were not as enthusiastic as we expected . Tour guides seems tired and exhausted. We think that energetic and fun tour guides could have made our tours much more exciting and fun.

Informative. Beautiful. I had a small group (only 5 people) which made it extra nice. A bit pricey, but totally worth it. Largest cavern system in Texas. Gorgeous formations. Wear shoes with traction. It's humid in the caverns and there are many stairs on SOME of the tours. I was pleased that i could take off my sleeves/jacket when we were in the deepest portion of the cavern.

This is nice place to stop and spend some time, they some activities as well behind the shop and also the discovery and hidden facts one of two pricing and category to explain the cave they have. I will say go with discovery package, but at the same time hidden is also great deal. Just get some shopping as i have some cool stuff to buy here. You can have lunch as well as they got some in house restaurants.

The family was very excited to come and we were not disappointed. It is an easier walk compared to our Timponogas Cave exploration back in Utah, but not any less beautiful. Would recommend for anyone looking for an outing while in the area.

We had a good time taking the kids down into the caverns. They were beautiful. I would suggest a little bit more training needed for the teen tour guides at the entrance to the caverns. Both of the guys gave a real shotty backstory to the history and both said the forgot parts of their speech.

Such a fun place to take the family. We're on vacation and this was one of the places I made a reservation for us to see. Book a head as the prices for "day of visits" are higher. The Discovery tour was nice and lasted about an hour....wear comfortable shoes with good traction.

We love it there! It is so much larger than it was last time we visited a few years ago. I was impressed with the number of visitors you have. I love the new buildings, the gift shop and the zipline! It's great for all ages!

If you're looking for a cool half-day adventure just outside of San Antonio, Natural Bridge Caverns is your place. We booked a tour for 2 through the ropes course. It was surprisingly affordable and we had a blast pretending to be kids as we ran through the obstacles. Highly recommend and will be coming back to do the cave tours!

This is a place where you could spend a whole day. It has the cavern, a agility course, and a zip line. The grounds are beautiful. The cavern is nice. We bought our tickets on line and they graciously allowed us to go at a later time when a wreck shut down I35. Even though it was very commercial, the workers were all very nice.

The guides' attention is very good. Especially Julie's. It is very beautiful and is a good place to explore. And have fun. With family and friends. In addition to visiting the caves there are other activities within the place. How to climb and a very entertaining maze. And there are adventure cave tours, you have to climb. Etc...
