Twenty five years ago, when my wife lived in the area, she used to shop this store. What a disappointment it was to make a 30 mile trip there today. The large store that was there, is now their warehouse and not open to the public. A small space in a strip mall is what they have for retail space now. The sparse contents looks like items that no one would buy from the catalog. Most Goodwill stores have a better selection. The Google address and street view are of the headquarters. The storefront is at Nations Catalog, 70 US-64, Lexington, NC 27295. It required a minimum of one star to post this review, otherwise I would have given it zero stars.

The clothes are previously worn and returned! They even take panties and other undergarments and they resale them. They constantly have bed bug and roach problems that they try to keep secret. They don't care for their customers, they just want to keep the sales high by any means necessary.

I attempted to place an online order with National. However on clicking the submit button, I was given a window telling me that there were insufficient items in stock. Therefore I attempted to place an alternative order; only to receive the same insufficient warning. Having encountered past problems with National, I telephoned them to confirm that neither order was processed. The customer service response was to tell me that both orders were indeed processed and that I could cancel neither order as they do not accept cancellations of online orders. This attitude was positively amazing in light of the fact that their system had notified me that they could not fulfill the orders, and in light of the fact that no more than 30 minutes had passed since the orders were attempted. I asked to speak to a supervisor, yet never received a return call. This escapade of National's left a $200 charge on my credit card while I awaited the shipments and then National's acceptance of their return. Untrustworthy, as this was an obvious sham!

This is not a store, this is a catalog sales company. They take orders over the phone and have a warehouse on location. There is an outlet store up the road by Fugi Moto.

Annoying email daily for 18 months; won't take me off their list after countless requests. My last order 20 months back was of old/used clothes and badly fit. Poor quality all around/ cpntactint AG Mr. Josh Stein.

Family owned. Just started working with the company and am truly excited about my future here. The facts I heard about ths company gives me a great sense of knowing that good people do exist and that those who worked hard to get where they are also didnt forget where they came from and give back to the community. Cant wait for my second day today and so forth.. Wish me luck!!

Nasty as hell I would not recommend anyone to buy the clothes they sell! All the clothes that gets returned are repackaged and shipped back out to sell that includes dirty clothes underwear ect trust me I know I am a former employee
