Good place to work I love my job hopefully I'll work up with the company if I work hard enough.

If you are looking for work stay away from this train wreck ran place. All the employees are temps working through All Star Personnel for 7.50 to 9.00 an hour. How do temps train temps?? All Star first will charge you 35.00 for a credit check or record check plus 5.00 for a fob card used for just clocking in and out. The Shoals Technologies Group will then charge you for the fob card again, and the tools and personal equipment for the job also. When you arrive you will not even be doing the job that All Star Personnel said you would be doing. Quality Inspection jobs all of sudden become production jobs. These 2 places are very unprofessionally ran and so dis-organized you are better off finding a job yourself and working elsewhere, especially when you have to pay to clock in and out and to pay to use some tools to do a job. This should be a pretty good sign for anyone especially after all the charges they give you before you even start and then realize you are working for nothing but to pay the fees the first day. Very unprofessional way to do business and hope everyone else notices this also. Don't waist your time or money. No one should have to pay to go to work [especially to clock in and out]and not even do the job they were told they would be doing. Not to mention the cussing and carrying on that goes on. The All Star Personnel office is so small with 2 little tables in front and business is conducted right there in front of everyone with no privacy what so ever. Social Security numbers are exchanged in front of everyone and no private room to discuss your job search to anyone. Started about two weeks ago! Everything going good so far! I've had better and I've had way worse. It factory work and it is what it is!!!

Lost whole day on pickup.
Loading 1 pallet per hour

Cant get pay right for sh!% have I'm surprised they are still open they are smart though to be solar if it wasn't for that which is cheaply made they'd be under maybe if they had ENGLISH speaking people there who knew what they were doing would get the jobs done right

It s a great place to work for, very nice people and a family orientated company. There s room for growth in the facility which is great! By far the best job I ve had!

They knocked on my door at 6 o clock and told me to fall at door 2 and said that the unloading would start at 7 o clock. It s now nine o clock and they haven t started unloading yet, wasting my rest time.
