There is some drivers cheating the customers..
They pick up without put vacant.last night we hired a taxi from madina zayed to Dome football court .when we enter inside he didn't placed in vacant status and in the meter i saw already its reached 53 aed..i asked him about that but he didn't reply. Normally only 22 aed we are paying for this trip.but he charged 59 Aed.and the duration is showing around 1 hrs insted of 20 mints in the taxi bill..please avoid this kind of drivers..

Highly recommended.I had ordered a taxi to go around Abhu Dhabi unfortunately they didn t turn up .I remembered Irfad poonkuzhi from Mational Taxi who I had travelled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.I had taken his number as I was very happy with his services .I called him and then he and his co worker Fasil NV immediately came and helped me and my family of 7 people to see complete Abhu Dhabi for two days .It was a memorable trip because of both of them who went out of their way to help us .We were dropped back to Dubai on time too .Want to thank both of them for everything thing they did.Hope the company appreciate such drivers as their are few of them like this.Will always call Irfad from National Taxi for his services .Thanks

It was very terrible experience when I took your taxi from Abu Dhabi Mall to opposite Al Wahda Mall tonight. I was too disappointed with this kind of driver; he should not have damaged the image of your brand like that. I hope someone who are in charge of training him, who is driving AD 2411, need to do it thoroughly.

I said I wanted to go to OPPOSITE of Al Wahda Mall, I didn t want to go to the mall, however, he kept saying that he would drop me in the mall even I showed him the picture about the Google map I have in my phone?!?

Then during the time, he was keeping talking too much with the impolite tone. When he knew I m Vietnamese, he said You are Chinese even I refused immediately. He said You know Vietnamese are Chinese also, you was Chinese before . What was he thinking?? WE ARE NOT CHINESE, we are independent country, HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND OUR HISTORY MORE CLEARLY THAN ME, what problem with that guy? What a disrespectful driver!

When he almost reached the location, only 200 meters more, he stopped and said Give me money, your restaurant is over there, just walk . Why did he react like that? It was not the first time I took taxi to go there, all the drivers drop me right in front of the restaurant! I don t need to walk! He just got annoyed with me or what??

I am not evaluating all your service, the rest are amazing, NOT THAT GUY. Hopefully he will change his attitude to the guests soon.

The service is great. You call and the taxi's are there within 10 to 15 minutes. Fares are fair and good but please....... Use a Tom-tTom or Google maps. It is really annoying that I need to guide the taxi driver to the location with my google maps, that costs me a lot of cellular data.

Fancy prices and Maydlewn trail and of course the counter calculates you and Anto bear if grubby and the worst can be appropriate evidence Tkasa in the world

It happened last night Oct. 21, 2019, in khalidiya bus stop opposite of Abella when a taxi driver drove his car away from me with my laptop bag knowing that I told him to wait for me for a while . Please whoever you are kindly bring me back my laptop bag with a laptop inside and some personal things. You cannot let go of what you did. Nobody messes here in Abu Dhabi.

It is a company that strives to offer quality service to its customers despite some administrative shortcomings which it suffers. Unqualified personnel whose work results reflect this lack of know-how.

SCANDALOUS!! The taxi refused to take us on the pretext of not knowing where our hotel is located near the Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi! This is apparently a common behavior of some non-professional drivers who only accept long distances. Really very disappointed with these drivers, the taxi company should strongly sanction drivers who refuse customers. We unfortunately did not take the taxi number and regret not being able to report it to the company! In Dubai taxis are more professional.

Many taxi drivers are not well mannered, sometimes they refuse to go because the trip will be short ( my experience from Yas Mall to hotel). In one occasion I ask the driver to go and he said yes. But in stead of opening the door he just continue his talk with the security and other passengers. When I knocked to open he was arrogant and talking bad. Before taking his number he left but some body told me the numberb9595 and it is a Mercedes made.

We asked to go to the Mangrove Walk that opened a couple of weeks ago. The driver didn't know where it was and had to take us back to the hotel and still charged us the full fare. Terrible service and puts me off coming to Abu Dhabi again

Last month i was looking for transport facility for my visit to relatives who lives in UAE. I search on the internet and found this service called National Taxi.

I do not advise you to use this company, but if it happened then check the route on google maps!

Just in 3 days ago I lost my keys in taxi good enough the guy he find them it was evening around 5:40 pm I slept in my friend S room next day was my off I spent all day sleeping because i was confused about my keys because most of them it was company keys until I dis sided to go and explain my boss about the keys on my way to meet my boss I find a taxi Guy on petro station and I ask him if somebody lost his items where he can find them he showed me the number on the car behind I called the guy the was okay and he was helpful on 07/01/2020 at around 3:00 to 3:30pm he explain everything and he connect me to IT, IT was ok too, he called me and we talked after he sent to me the taxi driver s number I called the taxi guy he told that he is far not in Abu Dhabi city at the moment the I was like it s ok take your time just once you came to the location lemme know from that time until 7:00 pm he didn t call then after he missed called I called him after 5 minutes and he told me that he left because he was going back home ,i was like really !!! you have somebody s property you can t even call or to wait ,anyway that s not the issue the issue is again I slept in my friends place again in morning I texted the taxi guy to help me to give my keys to the security at 4 pm I will finish my shift so that I can find my keys to back home 3 days am not changing my clothes,now it s 8th /91/2020 I lost the keys 06/01/2020 on the same day of 8th one lady she called me and she asked about my lost and found I explain here each and everything she didn t call again after my duty s I called the guy again and he told me he will do it from 4 until 6 pm no one is responding I called the company again the guy who was on phone Omg I don t know y you choose people who supposed to to in the kitchen and put them on customer care it was 6:50 to 7 pm 8/01/2020 I explain the guy all of the story he told me because I have to pay money for the meter so that the guy he can drop my keys no one he told me about the money since and remind you guy i can t fail to pay my bills I told him 3 days am looking for my keys and no one told me pay why are you told me that stupid thing and I told I will not pay that money and he told me if you don t want to pay go to musaffah at there office pick ur keys there, you so useless young man I ask the customer care where is the taxi guy he said thet he is on HAMDAN STREET my location is RAMADAN HOTEL from Hamdan to Ramada hotel it s only 1.5 km from Hamdan Street to mussafa it more than 20 km but because I said I will not pay the 12aed so he is going to the taxi guy to drop the keys to mussafah thanks so you man what ever your name is but you have to be taken to hospital to check your head otherwise get out of the business find where you fit

Servic very bad I need to wait more than the time expected. And when am waiting for a taxi I need time to explain to him my location because Evry driver said am new here

Two days ago I ordered a taxi to Khalifa city. It was late at night, and I am 14 years old. I called and ordered it at 7:34. The driver called me asking what my location was. I told him I'd send it to him on Whatsapp. He didn't have Whatsapp. I described the directions to him, but he didn't speak proper English and got lost. I ended up running a kilometer to Khalifa market and he wasn't there. Thank you very much. Make your driver's learn some proper English.

They don t answer the phone and after trying many time they answer and they speak rude.
After that they give another number to contact.
I don t recommend especially If you want to go to airport.

Alot of complaint. They will cut money from your less sellery. The strugle may spoil of poor door.

High prices, some drivers are ignorant of the names of the regions

Their appointments are inaccurate. The request for people of determination wears them two hours away.

You have a lot of drivers that are very rude. And not following the traffic rules!

National taxi driver is a thief. Taxi number (5393)

I took a taxi around 6:40am on 30th of august (today) where dubai bus dropped me. The first thing this guy asked me was Did I want him to switch on meter for the journey I told him yes, he should run the meter. I shown him the address of my destination. [Khalifa city, al rayyana. (**landmark** Not far from Marriot Hotel, Al Forsan street.)] He took me to Marriott hotel after parading form Unkown streets to streets and charged me 73 dirham. Without even taking me to my destination. I always pay between 47 to 50 dirham for the trip. He called police and police told me to pay him the money because they saw 74 dirham on meter and they couldn t understand my explanation.

How could trip from Abu Dhabi bus station to Marriott will be 73 dirham. Which is not even my real destination. I really felt cheated. Taxi drivers are devilish and they only care about to take you roaming about so that they can charge you higher money. Police should be aware of taxi drivers of dubious character for them to treat the case properly. The African taxi driver told me when we left police station that he was smarter than me. All I told him was Allah will judge accordingly.
