Never seen such a small airport but the staff were friendly and helpful i think tbh they loved the fact an English girl had an Arabic name.

You should be prepared for bureaucracy, which is doing very well in Morocco;) all of Europe must write the right amount of documents before entering their wonderful land (I have no idea what they are doing with this data. In each hotel during a tour around Morocco it was necessary to fill in some registration cards). The airport is very small, so you won't get lost in any way. Rather, I would prefer to come with a full belly, because the food is average. However, I understand that after 2 or 3 hours of waiting for all possible controls to pass, a person can get hungry. Please remember that it is not possible to export their currency from any amount or denomination from Morocco (I do not remember). I will add that filling out the cards is not intuitive and everyone who did not know the language used my and my husband's help. The service at the airport speaks broken English, which makes it hard to get along sometimes. However, you should remain calm, smile and do not arouse arguments in any way, and everything will be fine;)

Not the best one and not many people speak good English here, be ready to have your own pen to fill the visa as they had only 5 or 6 for the whole plane...then on the way back be prepared for few more checks as usual, no idea why, we had some visa issues with one of family members and airport staff was very not polite and professional

I have never had any particular problem .. Parking and airport clean and well organized.

The most miserable airspace in the world. Despite using electronic devices and carrying out both passenger and baggage scans, they are looking for a head-up search by hand, as well as hand-picked luggage. In total, you will be looking for three different points and you and your equipment will take a lot of time. Growing up on a plane is a miracle. When they go through the screen, they even shoehorn our shoes. Passenger companions are not taken into the airspace. This is an out-of-date and unwise application. Such a miserable country suited such a frenetic airfield. God bless them. There are differences between civilization and 2018 year. The lucky one does not come to this country for the second time.

Bring food, it is not worth buying as expensive and poor food as at that airport. Rather buy on the plane. Very nice staff anyway at the fast good place. Let's hope they change their food. Otherwise, we only spent an hour through two security checks, check-in, and passport control. Went happier than before at the same airport.

Strong smell of burned kerosene while waiting at the gate. A lot of unnecessary passport controls, be sure to leave time for it.

Security is straightforward and very stringent, the check in process a little long due to lack of electrical check in but staff friendly, do their job well and keep things flowing. It can get a little slow at peak times but that's to be expected from a small airport. Always make sure you put in as MUCH DETAIL as you can in your landing/departure cards as this speeds everything up for everyone and know where you're going, staying and exploring in case they ask. Coming back, you can only purchase goods in GBP and EUR as far as I'm aware and most shops accept card payments. Some eateries do not however, so a little cash is recommended. Being an airport, prices will be inflated so either bring snacks if you want to save money or bring some extra money. No complaints and I would not mind coming here again

A big plus that you no longer have to write out, i.e. an information and residence card, we do it now in the hotel. So we will pick up your luggage faster on arrival. Clean airport with little traffic.

Excessive zeal of all kinds concerning the controls! I have rarely experienced this as I travel a lot! I even saw a poor young girl having a drone seized after being brought in like a thug to the police station: ashamed!
