Terrible queues through the bureaucracy. The bathrooms are toilets, quite cramped. After leaving the port, you need to watch your luggage, a lot of helpers with long beards.

Agadir International airport is doing its best with the large amount of commuters. The flight announcements were not made in English despite Despite being an international airport. The general service is fair.
A really small but very nice airport in oriental style.
Friendly staff in all areas. The duty-free area offers everything you need
such as duty-free shops, souvenir shops, cafes, snack etc. The toilets are clean and in the waiting area there's a sufficient number of sockets and charging options including free Wi-Fi.
I find it awful for an airport the worst is when you want to get to the airport you have to go through the gateway no matter what a big airport and all your farm gate. Shame for agadir
So annoying when you arrive you have to fill the Visa document. They only have booths for 4 People to create it and they provide you with bad pens. Took forever to get through This, but otherwise a fine airport. I was so Lucky to see one of the C-5 super galaxy US air Force places currently in the airport.
+ Nice service
+ The airport is small, but all checks are going very smoothly
+ There is a cafe in the security area that is located outside between the buildings. There is a lot of greenery there
- Poor access from Agadir
- Far too little space in the safety zone
- A walking tour awaits you from the terminal building to the plane.
Long lines, only one security checkpoint open, the same with passport control. Haven't seen something like that anywhere else.
To add to that despite starting all procedures 2hrs before the flight departure, almost everybody went through everything AFTER the gate was officially closed. Fortunately pilots decided to stay and not leave without 80% of passengers who stuck in the ridiculous queues.
at the airport you can only pay in euros, where their currency is a Moroccan dirham, it should be possible to choose a currency. Card payments at the airport are accepted only from 10 , which is against the law, you can not impose a minimum payment amount. poor service, very long waiting time for passport passage, employees' faces are very sad, as if they worked there as punishment
An air outlet towards Souss, the airport is fantastic and very spacious
The check in and check out was both great and very quick. The people are also very helpful when you see that you have a child with you. But what did not work in the Kinderberich some things were broken were the garbage in the smoking area and the cleanliness of the toilets.
Slightly old fashioned entry, departure term asli is good
Bad toilets: doors lack locks and no toilet paper.
Duane does not pay attention to children and takes them apart from the parents, no respect for the person in front of them. Almost nobody can speak english.
Now since there is no longer a need to enter a visa, the waiting time for pass checks is faster than before
A disaster from back to front. To get in the country takes about 2 hours out even 2.5 hours. Countless unnecessary suitcase / passport control. Optimization of existing processes very necessary ...
Small nice airport ... controls must be stop, indeed serves our safety ... prices incredibly high ... Muffin - 3.00 .... ball ice - 2.30 ... etc ...
Very nice, small, clear airport. A regular procedure is also possible in an emergency. Without scaremongering and nagging. Great
Airport good personally I did not find difficulties for the registration of baggage and access to the plane, it should work to add other facilities because of its importance for travelers.
Ladies with mops are standing in front of the toilets and waiting for some noble tourist to dirham them. Pretty funny situation for the airport :-)
Not a bad Airport for African standards. Catering specifically for the tourists. People here complaining about x y and z. Don't listen to them. They have extra security before you enter the airport. We know that. So what............ It's their for the safety of the passsangers. Like it or lump it you have to respect it. Give your self at least 2 hours when you depart and you should be ok. If you've been lucky enough to have travelled to some developing countries you will know that this is probably a mid range airport which will improve further over time no doubt. Been there numerous times and never had a major issue worth moaning about.
On entry you have to fill out a slip of paper with almost all the data in your passport. Although this is then scanned. You then have to show your passport several times. At the exit you can already expect luggage racks, who of course charge a fee for this service. When leaving the country, you have to fill in the aforementioned slip and show your passport several times. There is a duty free area that is well equipped. The airport is quite small and has short distances. The entry can drag on.
Just over 2 hour wait to get through passport control. The worst wait I've ever had.
I used this airport while on holiday in Agadir. Security is tight but the service is little bit slow. They have two duty free shop around the luggage reclaim. Price are different so check before you buy. You will need to have a pen with you to fill the landing card because they have few pens available.
Terrible experience for the begging and ending trip to this beautiful country.
Arrival - over 1,5 h to passport control in long line. Only 4 passport control stands open. Our driver waited for us and said it is normal here, but for us it was stressful situation with small children.
Departure:
1. don't accept printed Wizzair boarding pass. You wait in a line and get information that you have to go with your carry on luggage to check in for regular boarding pass.
2. Security - only one stand open. When line was already long - they opened two more...
3. Passport control - only 5 stands open. Long procedure. Stressful, nervous situation. People running to plane. Wizzair flight attandant told me that it is like this every time. They have to wait for passengers.
All they have to do is to hire 5 more people. Passangers will have time to spend their money in shops and restaurants on the airport. And have much better impression on arrival and departure from beautiful Morocco.
Don't buy anything on departure. It's a complete rip off. In regards to the time you arrive the good exchange rates are after you pass security check for laugagge.
Oke airport.
There are some decent cades after passport control where you can get a bite and a drink.
Clearing security takes about 30 Mon when it is quite and is inefficient.
Airport unused, well below capacity, only one plane on the spot the day before the Christmas holidays it says a lot.
Several direct links France-Agadir have been removed for rising airport fees ... Now it is deserted by all.
an international airport must have places to wait and lack of coffee ect
Very good, the staff is welcoming, friendly, efficient, I was well oriented. The toilets are clean.
The moment you step on Moroccan soil, they make you fill out an immigration letter and they do not give you pens. To proceed to Migrations you have to wait aprx. 30 - 45min. I, as I was from Transito and was following Gran Canaria, asked me a thousand questions, called a policeman who translated into Spanish and finally let me pass. (Surely they had never seen someone who was in Transit). After Migrations you pick up your suitcase and when you leave, the Police will review it. Once there are change houses and ATMs. The Airport does not have a variety of stores or restaurants. When doing the Check-In in Binter Canarias, I went back into the Security Room. First you go through Customs and they ask you if you have drones .. Once you pass there you go to have your suitcase checked and from there again to Migrations. Same problem as before. After that, you finally go to the "Embarkation Gate" - You have to walk to the Avion. The Moroccan stamps are red and blue. WiFi is free but super. You can not make calls by WhatsApp.
Ridiculous pointless security checks processes that are slow and our of touch with current times. Dodgy restaurants and shops that are either overpriced (3x or 4x more than outside) or do not accept morrocan dirhams. Information is also bad with very few info displays.
The airport is relatively small and rather poorly organized. If you are entering a national flight you still have to go through a passport control. There is a transfer area, but this is often closed in practice. Especially with longer waiting times, the airport offers very little.
A top-class airport, with all the necessities of flying, and a comfortable, smooth movement.
One of the best airports in the Kingdom in the nineties of the last century and the beginning of the 2000s, and it was the one who contributed mainly to the advancement of tourism in the region and its position at the top of the tourist cities in Morocco for many years before it took the lead in the red city and the Al Masirah airport buried Agadir, and this would cause a severe recession in the region And a decrease in the number of arrivals to our city by air. Most tourists use Manara International Airport for a clear reason, which is to prevent cheap airlines from entering Agadir airport and replace them with Marrakech. We, as residents of Agadir and as users of the tourism sector, hope that these matters will be reviewed ...
Agadir is the future, and God willing, after the royal remarks, we will be a thousand good.
Static and visitors to Agadir are anxiously waiting for the realization of projects on the ground, including the high-speed train that will connect the pole of Marrakesh with the capital of Sousse, and its positive repercussions on the region.
This is the airport and not the Caesarea International Airport
Very nice airport. Airport staff do their job fast and smoothly, passport control works fast, they checked my passport very fast, waited 30 minutes in the airport after when i could depart to hotel.
The new airport does not support mobile tickets: / even if I do not carry luggage, you have to stand in the queue to get a boarding pass based on a ticket on the phone.
Last beautiful experiences in Morocco .. no Wi-Fi, chaotic security, trolley carts drag donkeys .. I look forward to see you soon
Small airport, but fairly quick to handle. From the landing to the bus, it only took 40 minutes with customs.
Airport not very well arranged staff not very understanding and not very smiling !! I explain to the hostess that I have a correspondence at the station and I risk missing it if my hand luggage is in the hold for 1kg 500 overweight! nothing to do !! short the only problem is that to come to agadir I have not much choice otherwise I will go to another airport! a lot of things to improve.
Very rude staff , two ladies at security check were talking on their phones , not bothered about their job . They check your passport like 5 times . One of the worst airports I ve experienced.
!!!FOOD POISONING !!!! Had 2 Shawarma at Ali Shawarma at Agadir airport. Both of us have food poisoning with the old food they gave us. Went to tell the guy food is probably old he answered in rude manner with attitude and will probably poison other people. Other than that we could not enter with our boarding passes and had to wait a line so the airport issues their boarding passes. Another line waits after that for border control. One guy directed me to one line, another guy closed it front of me so I had to wait another line. No organization and having poisonouss food on the airport at triple price is not acceptable.
Airport well appointed but unhelpful staff (no hello neither thank you or a goodbye etc ...). Too bad for a country where hospitality is often put forward ...
It is a little too long to wait in front of the border police control services, not very smiling agents, the airport is dilapidated, no coffee, provide transport on arrival because the taxi takes tariffs mirobolants, higher than advertised price. We were almost ejected by an airplane turbine, fortunately an agent deflected us in time. It must be said that it is dangerous to land the passengers on the tarnac. Anticipate that on arrival you will be greeted by the sirocco
Extremely slow customs officials! I left my drone in their storage facility (50m from the check in counter) as they are illegal in Morocco and upon collecting it at departure, they were so slow and unhelpful it resulted in me missing my flight for which they would not compensate me for. Highly unprofessional!
Waiting nearly 2 hours to get through passport control after arriving from the EU. Ridiculous. Customs officers taking 15+ minutes for each person. A very poor first impression. No public transport from within the airport area, only expensive taxis 200+ Dirham - - walk outside of the airport grounds to the main road and cross the road, and take the bus for 4 dirham or get a cheaper 100 dirham taxi.
Very nice airport, we were quickly serviced, we did not wait long for luggage, toilets on the spot, the only drawback is to fill visa formalities. How to do it is on the plane in the booklet where the food is at the beginning is how to fill the visa and to which country, it's a great thing, and by the way you can dine for a few cents, the plane friendly service, I flew to Warsaw Czech and the lines of the entire service including the captain was Poland a great deal, I recommend
Well organized, I never had a problem. The Personal are professional.
Small airport. Unfortunately, long queues at customs. Nevertheless, well organized
very bad service. we need apply application cards, but nobody have pens. nobody speak English... horrible
Very quick check in, security checks, friendly staff
It s ok, it s clean, they re quickly overtaken as soon as there are several planes landing at the same time, may Allah facilitate them
Very badly raised.
They were late for check-in and no one said sorry.
Then arrived in the waiting room, I went bought food and drink knowing that I am with my children and there I come across a disrespectful man they say he has no currencies. And the worst, he yells at me, I was shocked.
Really, zero and total impoliteness.
I will not come back. Better to take the road of the hours than to travel in this gratuitous malice.
If you don't mind the 2hr passport control and people trying to steal your bags, then this is the airport for you.
Opened at the end of 1991, the parking lot is invaded by unemployed people from the neighboring village who snatch your luggage from you and put it automatically in your trunk to ask for money, or if you leave you give up a free cart only for a few coins, a shame and a racket for the first image of the city given to visitors coming by plane. Taxis don't talk about it, a mob of thugs who got the better of the only shuttle bus company between the airport and Agadir, a year after it had to close.
An incredible slowness. As if in us authorizes to visit the throne.
Customs personnel in their image neither hello nor goodbye and the most is the grimace.
Review teaching and education. Staff please .......
The crossing of the border post is sometimes excessively long and disorganized, provide time on arrival and departure! Note also that prices of cafeterias once in the terminal are exorbitant (well beyond prices in Morocco or even in Paris!) And do not offer healthy options and fresh quality.
Remember to be at the airport sooner than with hand luggage only, because even if you do not have baggage to check in, you need to go to the baggage check-in counter, confirm your boarding pass (paper, cannot be online) and report the number of hand luggage. It only takes time. The airport is small but you have to come.
Terrible airport! Expect very, very long waiting lines both at the pre-security check, check-in desk, security and passport control. Pure chaos, no proper organisation whatsoever. Arrogant and unfriendly staff.
Agadir Al Massira Airport is an international airport serving Agadir, a major city in southwest Morocco and the capital of Souss-Massa region. The airport is located in the commune of Temsia, 20 km southeast of Agadir proper. In 2007, Al Massira International Airport served 1,502,094 passengers.
Staff's are very welcoming and quite characters. Especially the females always greets with smiles and willing to service your needs.
After the renovation, the airport has become a little more appealing. The shops offer great souvenirs, but at very high prices. Even small snacks (chips) cost 5 euros, the cleanliness in the toilets leaves something to be desired
Very badly organized with a catastrophic management of travelers' time. Arrived more than two hours before the flight, without luggage, we queued twice for more than an hour:
- At baggage check-in: it is not possible to check in online at this airport -> you must have a stamped boarding pass, as in 1960 in fact.
- The police filter, incredibly slow, and completely undersized.
Too bad, this is the last impression left by Morocco ...
Fortunately, Moroccans are smarter than those who work in control services! There is a sometimes heavy atmosphere in this country. Especially when one is at the borders. Morocco we do not share easily! lol
I really enjoyed the hospitality at the airport very friendly and helpful the airport is small and it is very difficult to get lost which is a good thing just makes it that much more better
There is a beer point too and they serve delicious pizzas there and you get free WiFi jut why you need to get online .. :)
Unfortunately, after landing you must complete a registration card about which no one mentions before departure. However, this is the only obstacle. The rest of the service is efficient. The airport is tiny, there is no problem finding your gate. Very compact. You have to be careful not to get stretched on pseudo baggage. They take the luggage themselves and then expect payment. Distances are so small that there is no need to use their poor services.
