RUH is an old school airport that does the job, nothing special about it.

Very bad airport. Very rude people working there and won't help even if you fall from a heart attack

The place is clean, good staff, but always crowded , nether less it s a very well run place

The foreign lounge is a mess, and the passengers are queuing up in the street and the traffic is full of praise for the airport. I expect I did not travel abroad

no free WIFI,and if you are the first to come,you need 5 hours to wait at least....

Stunning airport with lovely fountains, flowers and high arching ceilings and glass panels to let copious amounts of light in. There are also numerous coffee chains and restaurants, open through the clock which helps with long layovers. Staff can be hit or miss. The customs officer that helped us greatly and ensured that our paperwork was in order. Some army officers were a tad terse. Wifi connectivity is another drawback as authentication requires a Saudi phone number, an atrocious method to allow users to log on. Never have I seen anything as archaic and obtuse.

After the renovations at the gates areas, it looks more organized, with coffee & snack shops. Still, it s the people, the punctuality, the common services that will gain the appreciation (and ratings) from travelers. Keep up the good work, and hope to see it better next time.

I feel like a massage, but no massage chairs around. I feel like taking a shower, but it s for VIPs only. I feel like taking a nap, but no short term beds I can rent... The growth opportunities are limitless.

Old terminals still used for international flights look a bit shabby and lacking in space for rest or food/retail outlets. But all functions well and there are visible successful efforts by the management to improve the processing speeds for check-in and immigration/luggage collection. Now it takes on average around 45 mins from plane's touching the ground till you step out the airport doors.

There is a remarkable development in the airport and its employees and a noticeable improvement with the current administration and thank them for their efforts and for those with special needs free vehicles and a special service is not much.
