We bought a Nissan Dualis in 2011, we have had nothing but dramas with it. It had a recall which we had to book in 3 times to get fixed, I was asked to take the car in to National capital Motors in Canberra. They had it all day and when I went to get it, they had not fixed the problem because they did not have the part. When I asked them why they called to have the car brought in, they were not apologetic and the manager was quite rude. Then there was an issue with the seat latch that took 2 months to get fixed. But wait there is more... we have kept the services up to date but every time we have taken the car in to Capital Motors in Canberra, we have had to reschedule because they have not been able to do the service on the first appointment. The car has only done 48000 km and now the computer controller needs to be replaced!!!!!! So we paid $570 for them to order the part from japan as there was none in OZ - pay before they order or we were out of luck, again great service NOT!!! this was 4 weeks ago. They phoned today to tell us that the car was due for a service. We said well wait a minute, we are waiting on a part for the car. "One moment I will just look it up, oh, yes it is here". We asked when did you get the part? "Oh on the 16 March - two weeks ago" May we ask why you did not call us so we could get the car fixed? Answer, "We have been busy, short staffed and have not had the opportunity to do follow ups". What the Hell Nissan!! We will never buy a Car from Nissan ever again. Anyone reading this page Do NOT Get a Nissan or Deal with National Capital Motors in Canberra you will only be disappointed.
