Had to text several times just to get my questions answered. Told them I would come the next day to look at it around noon. They knew I was 2 hours away. Drove 2 hours with cash to possibly buy it. Got there just a little after they opened and they were selling the car. No contact to tell me not to come or even apologetic about it really. Was in the car business for 13 previously and that was bad business.

We are very impressed with National Auto Warehouse. They actually have better service than many of the new car dealerships that we have dealt with. Even though we bought a car with higher miles, any issues that we have had were dealt with quickly. They even made sure that I had transportation while my car was in the shop. Seriously, what other used car dealership does that. They go above and beyond at keeping their customers happy. We would recommend this dealership to anyone! I would definitely buy another car from them with confidence.

First time ever buying a car from out of state! Brent and Rachel were very helpful with all of my questions and worries! I booked my flight from New Jersey and they arranged to pick me up from the airport in the vehicle I was purchasing so I could check it out as we drove back to the dealer! The BMW X3 that I purchased from National Auto Warehouse (NAW) had engine clatter at delivery that was dismissed by NAW as typical for direct injection engines...10,000 miles later got a Drivetrain Fault, Check Engine Fault, and finally a Low Oil Pressure Fault in rapid succession. Problems with the timing chain guide is a known issue with X3 engines which often causes damage to the oil pump and resulted in replacement at $13,000 in this case. I believe that this issue was known by NAW at the time of the sale, and if they had informed me, the maintenance could have been done before the the engine was destroyed.

There was a little snafu with the paperwork and it's making getting a title a little difficult, but they are working on it for me and have supplied an extra drive out tag in the meantime.
Owner was extremely patient and helpful. We were concerned about an older Jetta and he went out of his way to put it on a lift for us to see everything for ourselves and answered all our questions. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I thought I was getting a great deal (which I did financially) but it did not come without a huge headache. There were problems with the car I bought from them, they had it for over a week to fix it, I still had to take it back again. They "forgot" to pay off the vehicle I traded in, so I had to make two car payments which they reimbursed me for, but it left me, a single mother, with a bank account in the negative for two days. They are ridiculously hard to get in contact with and communication was horrible. The last time I went to go pick up my car, Eric rolled his eyes at me when I asked for my keys because I was in a hurry to get to work on time. Would not recommend anyone take their business there.
