This place has the absolute worst customer service...
This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I thought I was getting a great deal (which I did financially) but it did not come without a huge headache. There were problems with the car I bought from them, they had it for over a week to fix it, I still had to take it back again. They "forgot" to pay off the vehicle I traded in, so I had to make two car payments which they reimbursed me for, but it left me, a single mother, with a bank account in the negative for two days. They are ridiculously hard to get in contact with and communication was horrible. The last time I went to go pick up my car, Eric rolled his eyes at me when I asked for my keys because I was in a hurry to get to work on time. Would not recommend anyone take their business there.
