NAPPS is 2200 members strong. Initially formed to fight negative legislation that could have changed the industry's duty to provide due process, NAPPS members are held to high ethical standards. The benefits members enjoy include but are not limited to access to the secure document trading platform, job post feature, utilization of the arbitration and grievance process, discounts from mobile phone companies and shipping companies, forms, education, newsletters and an annual conference very well organized and attended.
