Awful company! Complete violation of the Labor Code, a large half of the salary is black, everything is given in envelopes, where the tax is looking! no social package, no VHI, the staff is small, there s nowhere to turn your head on your head. You work on weekends and on holidays, in N.G. for free! Natalie Tours at the device you promise the golden mountains, but in fact there is none of this. They have a huge turnover, normal people do not get along there ... they like to save on everything ... But I would not advise buying tours from them ...

Arrived in Alassio Italy, the fifth day I can not find a hotel guide. There was no transfer, we got from Milan by train, no one met at the station, we found the hotel ourselves. Why did I need a tour operator then? I could book a hotel in the booking office, buy tickets and go!

My impressions of the trip with Natalie Tours to Mallorca are disgusting !!! We flew the third time, as the first two times were excellent. But this time there were some surprises.
The first is that no one met us at the airport, since we know the language and they helped us find the bus that took us to the hotel. And having arrived at about 12 at night with a child, it was not at all fun to wait about an hour when the bus was filled with different tourists.
The hotel did not match the pictures, we were placed in an old-style room.
We did not see the guide in the eyes, although I was glad that excursions would not float to us.
But on the last day, a surprise awaited us, the transfer did not come for us, the voucher for which we had! They called and the transfer company, nobody picked up the phone, called the guide, Natalya answered the phone from 5 !!! Once ... Well, she said that she knew nothing about us, they say your problems, take a taxi.
We took the taxi, but no one has returned the money for the taxi (((I really hope that they will return!
We don't fly with Natalie Tours anymore!
