One if not my favorite nail shop. They do an amazing job with gel and acrylics. A lot of color options including tons of chrome's and glitter. I prefer another place for pedicures only because the chairs get uncomfortable. They are also great with walk ins
Not bad result. Reduced one star for a not reasonable price. Extremely expensive turned out the color on my hands, they charged me extra 30$ for the fairy dust.

When I called, they said they had an outdoor area, they didn t. Once I asked to be seated outdoors, they said they were sorry and made me a place to sit near the door, it was very kind. It was comfortable and safe there. Everyone was wearing masks inside and there are plastic dividers among each of the massage chairs separating the client from the technician.
My new favorite place to get my nails done! I have tried all of the nail salons on Ventura Blvd and Mod is definitely the best! I rarely walk out of a nail salon feeling like I got great quality nails and beautiful finishing results for a good price-actually great price! I recommend requesting for Mary to do your nails, her work is quality and beautiful! Mod is also equipped to do all of your fancy nail art design requests *****
I've been meaning to update my review for mod nails! I finally found the technician whose able to do my hard gel extensions and I'm so glad I did!
I always call before to make an appointment with Henry and he always does a good job and most importantly takes his time to finish the job properly.
I've been going to mod nails these past few months and I've learned to love the place. The owners and the receptionist are very welcoming and great people!

My favorite place to get my nails done. They have done an amazing job adapting to safety guidelines and still give excellent service.
Paid $83 to leave with multiple painful cuts that turned to scabs. I messaged them privately on social media to tell them that although I loved the design that they should be mindful in the future for clients who are paying for a service. (Not to mention multiple cuts during a pandemic) I waited almost a week to give them a chance to check messages and respond, but I never received any sort of acknowledgement although they continue to post.
The design was cute- I even posted on social media and the people inside seemed friendly, however, it seems like once they were paid they didn't care to acknowledge constructive feedback.
I ve been to Mod nails a few times . I liked my nails everytime I went but this time I asked to get a full Acrylic set with Gel polish . I wanted my nails shaped square , with a French tip . They charged me $125 and my nails looked a mess . Was poorly shaped , some nails were bigger than the other , and the design wasn t the way I wanted plus it was only a French tip and they charged the most . Won t be back . I ve found me a way better spot now .
i love this place. ive been there twice and both were amazing. i worked with dianne and it was so neat and pretty i loved it. i did have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time but it was a busy day and it was well woth the wait.
It's been a while since I've been here, but planning to make an appointment soon. They have always done a great job and the quality of work is at the top, especially in relation to other salons in the area. It's on the higher end of prices but you get what you pay for.
