My impressions of the trip with Natalie Tours to Mallorca are disgusting !!! We flew the third time, as the first two times were excellent. But this time there were some surprises.
The first is that no one met us at the airport, since we know the language and they helped us find the bus that took us to the hotel. And having arrived at about 12 at night with a child, it was not at all fun to wait about an hour when the bus was filled with different tourists.
The hotel did not match the pictures, we were placed in an old-style room.
We did not see the guide in the eyes, although I was glad that excursions would not float to us.
But on the last day, a surprise awaited us, the transfer did not come for us, the voucher for which we had! They called and the transfer company, nobody picked up the phone, called the guide, Natalya answered the phone from 5 !!! Once ... Well, she said that she knew nothing about us, they say your problems, take a taxi.
We took the taxi, but no one has returned the money for the taxi (((I really hope that they will return!
We don't fly with Natalie Tours anymore!
