It used to be a great place until a new salesman was assigned to the dells area a couple years back , You'd think when a customer that does thousands of dollars of business per month with you that you would order the items asked to be ordered. I waited 4 months for $200 worth of vacuum parts ($9,000 ride on vacuum mind you) to show up. I was lied to multiple times that they would be here this day and that day. Never happened until i cancelled the remaining orders and stopped conducting business with your salesman. you should probably look into this as a business and figure out who's loosing you money!

It was professional, vendors were awesome and the lunch, music were spectacular. Thanks to everyone at Nassco!

I called ahead to make sure the three products I needed were in stock. However, when I went to pick them up, I was told two of the three weren't stocked. I settled for a comparable product and paid but when I received the items they weren't what I had paid for. After pointing this out, I was again told the product I ordered the second time wasn't stocked either. I had to wait for a refund so I could purchase a comparable product for the third time. The product numbers on their website don't even match the product numbers in the warehouse. A fifteen minute stop turned into almost an hour. Highly frustrating.

Terrible website experience, offering free ground shipping based on the products and address in the cart, then once order is sent, they email for an additional $200 shipping. Bad customer service.

I'm the plant manager for a manufacturing facility in New Berlin with approximately 500 employees. Nassco is the most customer oriented distributor I've worked with in my 30 years in the industry. Every time my facility has new projects requiring custom or new packaging/shipping supply items , Nassco provides me with cost effective and creative options. I highly recommend utilizing them for sourcing packaging supplies, jan/san items as well as safety items, including PPE.
