I called ahead to make sure the three products I needed were in stock. However, when I went to pick them up, I was told two of the three weren't stocked. I settled for a comparable product and paid but when I received the items they weren't what I had paid for. After pointing this out, I was again told the product I ordered the second time wasn't stocked either. I had to wait for a refund so I could purchase a comparable product for the third time. The product numbers on their website don't even match the product numbers in the warehouse. A fifteen minute stop turned into almost an hour. Highly frustrating.
