This is really one of the best IT company, After joining i found that company is so caring towards their employs. Everyone is on equal level. Company staff become family in very short time, The knowledge one can get from narola is to much and TL's are always available to help.

I have working for narola infotech since last 1.5 years. Management is very poor for example if you break bond then they are not providing you a 1 months salary it's ok but if they need you in project then they extended you sometime and even they didn't pay you for extended time salary. so basically they are not thinking about their employee. Even if you resigned and break bond then they are deposit your previous month salary and after leving a company they tell you that your salary will be credited at a time of all other employee's salary done. But they are wrong even after passing salary time they didn't inform you that your salary cheque is in office and collect from here. So i truely said they have no honesty. (if they are honest then atleast inform you once with just phone call but they didn't do it.)
And most disgusting thing is they are giving you a less increment and if you raise your question regarding increment then giving you a offer that you have to stay here for another year so after completed a year they will give you a 25000 rs extra as a bonus. So your salary slip never change and you can't jump in another company with bigger scale . So they are always giving you a skim(like father needs to give a toy to his baby to stop crying).
And they hiring you as a trainee when they tell you that 3 months training and at that time they are not providing any salary but they extended your training period more 1 month. So it's 4 months training period without any salary.
And for company market value they are forcing all employees to give a good review about company so all reviews from narola infotech employers are fake and most of reviews are given by narola employees.
