Very comfortable hotel with a nice staff and nice furniture. However, when I tried to check-in to the hotel it took around 10-15 minutes from signing the documents until I received the suit keys

Such slowness will surely affect the number of guests coming here to enjoys such luxuries hotel.

I had very amazing stay in spa room, and I got spa package. Cost is high but it worth the experience.

I had an interview with the GM and the amount of racism and arrogance I got from him is INSANE!!!
However, the hotel is beautiful and the staff of the front office are polite and welcoming.

2 stars down for the arrogant GM.

Delicious sea foods, Lobster, Salmon, Crabs, smoked fish, Oyster. Super delicious sweet dishes & salads.

The right place to stay in such a beautiful weather

Nicely located but over styled in my opinion. The lounge cafe on the left is a nice quite spot for a meeting with friends. Entrance and Lobby staff were indifferent. Rooftop argentinian steakhouse was not to standard. Rooms not visited.

Food was not for hot and spicy people. Service was good.
