Room n services are really fine but the food is really expensive and also doesn't taste that good

advantages:location, kind and helpful stuff the room was clean and spacey the wi fi was excellent!
disadvantage: the shower amenities are old and should be renew. the walls should repainted. it the current condition the price too much high.

At first arrival the hotel seems to be far from the sightseeing hotspots. In fact they are widely spread and the distance is pretty much the same to all of them. A big plus is the location in a quiet peaceful lane but still not far from the shopping street and the metro. The Mint Ebony itself is one of those hotels which give you the feeling of checked in to the Hilton. Rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. Shower is huge with pleasant water pressure and hot water at any time. TV has also English programs, bed is very comfortable, and it's clean. Staff is all time at your service with a smile. At the reception as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommended whenever in Hyderabad.

Good hotel for business seminar education seminars function press meets etc

Room was ok except toilet flush not working. Broken hair drier. Food was tasty.

I loved the service more than anything, each and everyone was very polite and helpful to us when we stayed there. Coming to the rooms they are very spacious and big in size, one thing I would like to point out that there aren't enough lights in the room so it wouldn't be bright enough for some people but the warm lights are pleasing to the eyes and there's a big window with a curtain too incase you need light. Would have rated it 5 but sometimes TV just refused to work and bathroom door wouldn't get properly shut and that's all the complain i have. Rest everything was amazing. Good location, good staff, good food from their "Ghar ka khana" restaurant downstairs.

Rooms are chic & quite large with ample furniture and furnishings in it. Like the leather recliner especially. The front office check-in took a lot of time inspite of booking & was supposed to check in early but due to flight delay was late still though rooms were ready they could not hand over keys. Restaurant was empty when I checked in. Overall happy with the rooms.

All amenities available rooms look like 4 star hotel and very clean with wooden and carpet flooring.
