Treats their employees in the most disgusting manner. Leaving their tool boxes and thousands of dollars in tools and equipment out in the rain because they are unwilling to negotiate a fair deal with their employees.

Baited and almost got taken advantage of. Thank goodness the salesman slipped by telling me USED cars only come with 1 key.
Car listed as NEW on their website.
This is unethical business practices.
I will report this dealer to BBB very soon.
No letter of apology was sent by the GM to acknowledge what happened was wrong. Enough time was given.

Your disgusting display of treatment towards your mechanics and the outright refusal to negotiate a fair contract with them has guaranteed the loss of business of my family and friends until you resolve this issue. Good luck fixing those vehicles yourselves. Oh wait... you don't know how.

When my father passed away, my step-mother came to the dealer 2 days after his burial to understand her options as the car lease was in his name. The sales manager told her she had to return the car today or buy it. They did not share all of the options legally available to her and had her signing papers to purchase the car. Grief-stricken, she did not understand what she was signing and as soon as I became aware and realized the poor financial decision she had made under duress, tried to work with the General Manager to void the agreement for over 3 weeks. Hyundai Finance (the original owner of the car) and the new bank all agreed that the dealer could simply void the agreement and return the car. After agreeing to this request, the dealer has since refused, the car has been repossessed and legal action is now forthcoming. Thankfully, we located a wonderful Hyundai dealer in Del Rey but now will have to contend with credit issues. A grieving family should never have to go through this. #NeverNapelton #DoNotBuyWPBHyundai

Someone by the name of James pretended to be one of the owners of Napleton Acura Kia in Elmhurst. He assured me that I would receive the best service and rates. I finally made an appointment to see a Nissa Juke that he promised me he would have on lot to test drive. James never showed and asked me to meet with his colleague. Long story short, I told the manager John, I was no longer interested in working with them and not to pull my credit. Manager John assured me that he would not. This was on Saturday. I received a notice today, Tuesday that my credit was pulled. Acura corporate office even confirmed that my information was in their system and that my credit was pulled. Terrible incident!

Don't go to any Napleton dealerships, period. Rude salespeople and management, damaged cars, and no negotiation.

First really bad experience at a car dealer. Got bait and switched. Went into napleton acura in Elmhurst. They advertised an RDX for $21,995. I took it for a test drive and was ready to pay cash. When we started talking price, the price was suddenly $27,300 before tax and title. Apparently they add $3,000 CPO, $1,395 napleton experience, and $911 inspection fee. Never going there again.
