Someone by the name of James pretended to be one of the owners of Napleton Acura Kia in Elmhurst. He assured me that I would receive the best service and rates. I finally made an appointment to see a Nissa Juke that he promised me he would have on lot to test drive. James never showed and asked me to meet with his colleague. Long story short, I told the manager John, I was no longer interested in working with them and not to pull my credit. Manager John assured me that he would not. This was on Saturday. I received a notice today, Tuesday that my credit was pulled. Acura corporate office even confirmed that my information was in their system and that my credit was pulled. Terrible incident!
