We used NTT for our company dinner transportation. Service was on time, friendly and patiently waiting for us as we were ready to leave. Our driver was fantastic and the service throughout the process is easy.

Fantastic service! Teresa did an amazing job getting everything booked for our party of 17. If you have a large group, I would highly recommend using the concierge service. Wenner was our amazing driver for both the airport transfer and wineries. He was very professional and kept our rowdy group on track all day!

Vehicles very clean and comfortable. Had a sprinter van for 9 people and wine! Perfect size. Anwar was fantastic. Always on time and very professional

JC is the BEST! We have driven twice now with him, and will request him every time. He does a wonderful job keeping us on schedule and recommending places we would not know about or think to go to. Always a wonderful day! He is an absolute professional.

The tour was interesting at first, but then at the middle of it things started to dull down and get boring until it ended

Used Napa Valley Tours for our wedding weekend to shuttle guests around. They were very professional and timely. They did a great job!

We used Napa Valley Tours and Transportation twice while in Sonoma. Once was for a private winery tour of three wineries and we were lucky enough to get Greg to drive us. He's lived in the area for 35 years and was a wealth of knowledge. The second trip we had Thomas take us to the Napa Valley Wine Train during the PG & E power outage. He knew the back roads and got us to the train on time avoiding the long lines at the intersections that turned into four way stops due to the stop lights not working. Greg was our driver on the way back and stopped at a deli so we could grab a sandwich since our hotel had no power. Both drivers were delightful and I highly recommend Napa Valley Tours and Transportation. They were always on time.

We recently requested the services of Napa Valley Tours to drive myself and 2 lady friends to see "Hello Dolly" in San Francisco. Before hand, we wanted to have lunch in Union Square. Our driver Anthony picked us up in Napa and drove us expertly to our destination in Union Square, then returned to drive us to The Golden Gate Theater to see our play. He then came back to pick us up at the theater and return us safely back to Napa. He was very experienced in maneuvering throughout the San Francisco traffic. He made our trip so wonderful and relaxing. We all highly recommend Napa Valley Tours and Transportation! Thank You Again for a Wonderful Day!

The driver was late, rude and unprofessional. He behaved as though he was doing a favor by picking us up while the truth is, we had to pay and then wait for more than half an hour for him just to show up!

These folks knew how to operate! Great communication, comparative pricing and extremely professional. Met all my expectations for our bachelorette through wine country.

John William's was our driver and he was spectacular He was knowledgable and professional!! We will always use NVT and always ask for John.

This company has disorganized management. Most of the time the managers don't agree on what the employees should do. It's headed by a group of people who are related, which means that some of them aren't really qualified for the position. A lot of them have no idea how to lead people. Do not work for this company for your own sake.

I was trying to cancel and refund reservations, but they won't allow us to despite the current situation.

Begging for good reviews:

Most of the drivers here beg you to leave a good review. Some of them are good and deserve it, but many turn up late and then demand an apology. I don't like that!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Napa would not have been the same without our guy Andy! If you want to have the best possible wine tasting experience, these guys are the only way!

All of these bad reviews are from bs competitors. This company is amazing picked us up in a brand new Lincoln SUV - so friendly and was the best price of 4 companies we called. Awesome experience highly recommend

Amazing transportation company. Extremely reliable, knowledgeable, friendly. Immaculate shuttle bus always stocked with water for our guests on some hot excursions.

Our driver was most professional and extremely helpful in all our needs. He provided commentary when asked and added to our overall great experience in the wine region.

NVTT is the way to go while visiting Napa Valley! Our chauffeur, Mark Daly was extremely professional and friendly. He happily snapped dozens of pictures of our group as we made our way from winery to winery. NVTT provided an ample supply of bottled water as well as champagne to enjoy in the limo. We will definitely use NVTT on future trips to Napa Valley!

This review is based on an employee named Wilfred Brucker, I had an altercation with this employee on August 31st where he wanted to physically hurt me after him getting furious at me honking at him. He came out of this company car slammed the door and demanded me out while yelling at me asking me what my problem was. I took pictures of the plate and tcp Number and contacted this company where he works and never got a respond back I found out his name is once again WILFRED BRUCKER ! So here I am writing this review to warn others of his behavior in hopes this never happens to anyone else. He has a low temper and doesn t care if your a woman with a child in their car, my mistake was not calling the police but lesson learned . Again beware of this man and this company.

My experience has been pretty bad. The driver was rude and less knowledgeable about the routes than I thought. I would hire another company the next time!

We are quite disappointed with the condition of the car that arrived and the driver was half an hour late. I used this company for over a year now, and the last few times have been unprofessional.

The drivers were extremely courteous and always on time for each pick up and destination. The buses were luxurious motor coaches and the staff NVTT were excellent to work with. We also enjoyed our Napa Valley tour guide who were insightful, engaging and humorous.

Rob was an unbelievable gift for my first Napa Experience. Not only did he offer professionalism when driving us around, he offered unbelievable knowledge of the "Go-To's" for wineries but went above and beyond for trying to get us reserverations and recommending food selections. Hands down one of the best experiences I had was with NVTT. Unfortunately the wineries we reserves were a dud, but next time, I am going to NVTT and having them book out Wineries and handle the transportation because their level of service is beyond all expectations. The Mercedes S-Class Sedan was great as well, amazing ride & clean. A+ Experience and have his card. Will be using him anytime I go back, hand down.

The reservation process was long an tedious. The person talking to me regarding it didn't seem to be very knowledgeable or smart. he had to consult his seniors for every little thing. It was a disappointing and time-consuming experience.

Spent great amount of time looking online for transportation while we visited the Napa valley, came across Napa tours and transportation. Called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pedro he gave great customer service, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The hole experience from calling to make a reservation to the very end was amazing! Highly recommended this company!!!!

There's too much pressure from management. The company has policies that are unfavourable to the employees. In order to survive here, you only have to follow everything the managers says and not think on your own.

I found NVTT on the V. Sattui website. They handled transfers to and from San Francisco/Santa Rosa, as well as a wine tour for our 35th anniversary.

Sir Josh was was assigned to us the entire time. He was super nice, very attentive, easy to talk to and worked with us to do everything we wanted to do while we were with him. He took time to create a wonderful schedule for our wine tour. It was just outstanding! He was a blessing in every way we can think of. This is simply the best way to do a wine tour in Napa.

NVTT has had some great drivers over the years. Unfortunately they have some shady creeps that don t turn up in time, as in 45min later from the booked pickup time. This happened twice and again this morning. My wife missed her flight and the driver whom was creepy chatty instead of focusing on getting to the airport on time, asked her not to contact a manger.

It s sad to have to rate NVTT 1 star as they have had some great drivers. But when you get the others, they become an unreliable service that doesn t have accountability such as an Uber/Lyft.

We worry that some drivers there are somewhat under the influence at times. Or were over driving from the night before and they miss their alarms.

If you use them ask for Patrick. He is a 5 star driver and his level of professionalism far exceeds the others.

Have been using Nvtt for last 2 decades there is no company close to the level of service they provide truly a class act operation!!! Recommend them highly

Napa Valley Tours & Transportation were incredibly easy to work with, arrived on time, and most importantly got us where we needed to be without any problems! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing easy transportation in the area. We came from San Francisco to Napa with groups varying from 20 to 70 people and they made the whole process easy.
