Nanette Morford Allstate Agency Review

I really love Allstate honestly, but this has been far one of the worst locations I've been to. Both the front desk ladies didnt even look up to greet me, I had to ask to see an agent. When I did, the lady quickly ran over my policy change, didnt explain anything and booted me out the door.

I was at this "location" before they moved and had no problems, really loved my agent. These guys are something else since they moved.

UPDATE: I found a cheaper policy somewhere else (more than $500 in savings) and I looked up how to cancel and Allstate's website says to CALL AN AGENT. when I called I did not get my answer, and was told to just look online to fil out a cancellation request.

These people are unprofessional, and unknowledgeable. Stay away from this location

Josh is the best agent I have ever had! He listens to my needs and gives me the best options available and on top of that he explains everything in details in a easy way to understand! Because of him I have more and better coverage than I ve ever had. I m extremely satisfied!

Making a long story short here...

March 4th: I m informed I ll save X amount of money if I use them for my auto as well since I have home with them. I let the guy who is signing me up know VERY specifically that I am cancelling my other policy today, and I will need Insurance coverage starting tomorrow. I am assured by him that that s no problem.

March 5th: I notice in the email that it says my coverage starts on the 11th. I call the office and I m informed the it was set up to not start until the 11th, or else I have to pay more to start it immediately, thus almost completely negating the reason I swapped to Allstate in the first place. I inform them to just cancel my policy, and went back to geico. They assured me this was no problem. And since my coverage wasn t set to start for another week, I was never charged.

March 11th: My account is charged for a whole month, though I didn t notice until today...

March 13th: I noticed. Called and they told me sorry, it was charged anyway even though you canceled . I was told that my return is processing and they would send me a check in the amount I was charged (for insurance that I canceled a week prior) sometime in the next 5-10 business days...

What the heck?! Tough to wrap my head around this.

Josh explains thoroughly & finds ways to give me all discount offers available. Examples, register my account online, multi policy discounts, good driving rewards ( I love receiving checks when least expected) They are just so efficient & prompt anytime I may need to ask a question, inquire on any changes I may want to add or delete, all the way thru adjuster being quick, helpful and Allstate Rep. cares and checks up on me if everything turned out fine and if I'm happy with them.

I've always had great service and they have gone out of their way to help me when needed. One phone call and then everything is taken care of. I'd definitely recommend them.
