Our staff members have had great experiences attending Nan McKay training. We wish we could afford to send all of our staff members every year. Though the location left a little to be desired at my most recent training, the presenter, materials, and presentation were all excellent.

I was treated so poorly as a New Hire at the Miami Florida 7400 NW 19TH ST branch .I was told I was hated by senior employees.My manager Mrs.Shawonda Dean-Young antagonized me everyday .I had a number of events from where she had ridiculed me as a person and employee.I reported to HR got no justice only worst reactions from other employes eyes and looks to be exact. So i reported to the Assistant director and he also wasn't justice.I was lied on and eventually fired. I loved the thought of being able to assist people with something so sensitive as such like having no home or awaiting a home and to be working with people so evil who treated me like I had no voice and wasn't a person it hurt and I feel everyone should no about her and them as a Company

This company is very incompetent and does not follow through. Nan McKay is a third party that specializes in working with housing authoritiesto process client paperwork/ accounting. I m a current tenant in California who has subsidized housing aka Housing Choice Voucher recipient. As a participant in the program you have what is called an Annual Renewal due every year. I submitted my documents ( income verifications) along with the housing authority forms in October 2020, and I have yet received an update on any( rental increases/ decreases or changes by U.S mail.) It s been over 5 months since they received my paperwork for processing. I have called them over 30 times since December 2020 to follow up. They re call center is a complete joke!! The hold times are crazy, and when you do finally get through to them, all they do is create call back tickets, and no one ever calls you back. They re lack of communication is pitiful. Some changes need to take effect with this unprofessional company.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I am a property owner with several apartments rented to tenants coming from the office located at 2001 NW 107th Ave, Miami, FL 33172. This is the worst of all Section 8 offices in Miami Dade. The level of incompetence is incredible. Every time I submit an owner's package for a new tenant the employes manage to lose it. Scheduling an inspection for a new tenant is almost impossible. I have had double inspections because the first inspection was "never done" even though I was personally there when the inspector came to do the inspection. I never get a report of rent payments. Going to talk to someone at the office takes hours in a small waiting area full of frustrated people. Customer service is terrible. I am about to start rejecting tenants who come from this office. I wish Miami Dade would get another company to service this office.
