This is the worst insurance company EVER. They DO NOT have any sense of urgency. The people that work for them are inept. It takes about 2 weeks for them to even generate a basic COI. Whoever runs this business should be complete ashamed of it. Unprofessional. WILL BE TERMINATING OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM SINCE THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!!!!!

Heartless, ruthless and abusive company. Resorts to extort premiums through collection companies and attorneys. Even as payments are made, despite more than 300k dead Americans, over 16 million more afflicted and thousands of comoanies and people struggling, they threaten you to get you to pay and ruin your credit. If I could give them zero stars I would. So far in our experience this company and their insurance claim process has been excruciating. After the adjuster came out in December it took another 3 weeks of me leaving voicemails with the claims handler and then emailing to get an initial estimate of damages - This was in December - It is now April. The claims handler is avoiding my emails, telling me I've refused their offer - which is completely false as her prior email said she was adjusting the offer and then never sent me anything. She now will not respond to my email saying she is sending me a letter but refusing to email me a copy of the letter after I requested a copy be emailed 3 times - I do not want to wait for a letter that was probably never mailed. Very negative experience so far, proof of damage caused by subcontractor and they are continuing to deny portions of claim and ignoring emails requesting clarification and answers to questions. They emailed a letter stating that if I take their offer I waive my right to recover unseen damages found during repairs-I deal with claims often in my line of work - always leave the door open for supplemental claims in the event additional damages are found-for them to require this to issue payment is asinine. I went to their main website to get the names of key officers and have now been copying them on my email requests - still nothing, which just proves to me that the company is difficult as a whole. Maybe another poor review-there seems to be many-will get their attention. Look at the google reviews - 5 of the 7 "5 star" reviews are locals and they left NO comment on why they gave a "5 star" review! Ha! I do not recommend insuring your business through them, in the unfortunate event your client may need to file a claim....well - you will lose the client and word of mouth gets around fast.

Frauds!!! They cancelled my Business insurance policy without telling me. They said they were trying to do a routine inspection on my business and couldn t reach me. NONCOMPLIANCE they said. I called them back several times before it was cancelled and no one answered. They sent a certified letter to the WRONG ADDRESS and USPS tracking said it was returned to sender (them). They address they sent it to didn t even exist! No one told me my business insurance was cancelled in JULY and now it s almost OCTOBER!! Furthermore, they are STILL illegally taking money out of my account. My agent, ROBERT MYERS INSURANCE in Lakewood, Ohio, said, It s not our job to tell you your insurance is cancelled! I m a small business doing the best I know how and this insurance company is so large that I ve had to hire a lawyer. I hired a good one. Their firm is going after them for several things. As a construction company, I have to prove that I had insurance during those months.

We had a nautalus commercial policy on a convenience store. The store had a flat roof. They insured us and diligently took my money for 2 years. Then we had a severe storm with torrential rain and the roof collapsed effectively destroying everything inside the building. They would not cover the any of the damage. Not to the roof and not for any of the merchandise we had inside. They said that since it was water that caused the damage and we didn t have a flood policy the claim was denied. This company is absolutely $hitty!! If you just need to give away money and get nothing in return, use them. If you actually want to be covered, keep looking. This company has cost me 100 s of thousands of dollars!! Nautalus and the people working there are the reason insurance has the reputation it does! I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. THEY SUCK!!
