Our villa's unique (backwards) plumbing required that we explain to people how to get hot water in the shower. We designed a simple dual-purpose tag, sent it to Namify, and 1 week later - boom, guests are informed!

I've worked with Brian Coltharp for years now and have to say he's my favorite vendor to work with -- super responsive and upbeat. He makes my job a breeze! I don't normally give reviews, but for Brian -- 5 STARS!!!

We have used Jordan with Namify for several items like T-shirts, Hats, and Sweatshirts and they are always great quality and last long. She is professional, great communication, and easy to work with! Would highly recommend Jordan with Namify!

Christa was awesome. Her response time was quick, and she helped me pick a team shirt style and color by sending an example with my logo. I said I would like to have the shirts before the event, and it was short notice. But the shirts delivered the day before the event. Christa's knowledge and service is excellent.

There was an issue with 53 delivered items. The folks at Namify took responsibility for the issue and replaced all the items correctly and in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.

I've worked with Namify for several years while working for other companies and now have my own business. They have been just as amazing to work with and literally - have never missed a deadline and have never let me down when it comes to quality products and customer service. Kevin Wright and Ashley Whiting are hands down, the most professional and easy to work with account reps out there.

I really like the variety of items they have and the relative ease of creating your own shop for employees to buy logo'd merchandise at. My primary concern is responsiveness. I often have to email twice to get a response and sometimes the response shows they haven't read the email I sent. Their customer service is where they really need to improve.
