Despite the numerous hitches / things said and not done I was inclined to insert at least three stars. Except then discovering some improprieties made not so much in the intermediation itself where the human side was totally lacking, but in the fact that the seller was a relative of the intermediary (something not declared) and that the agreements made with the pre-deed condominium were not respected . I recommend that you follow all details CAREFULLY with the support of a lawyer or you will find yourself having to pay for their shortcomings out of pocket
