Very crooked commercial managment company. Matt Walch is the worst . Do not trust these people with your deposit. When our lease ended we repainted the whole unit and cleaned it better than when we moved in. I knew they would find away not to refund our deposit. They charged us 200 to change the furnace filter even though we changed it the day we painted when we moved out. Also charged us 125 to exterminate spiders only because an exterminator owns the building. There's spiders in every unit and they spray every year and don't charge anyone. Then said the owner never read the contract at first and tried to charge late fees at the end of the lease when we asked for our deposit back.

Told me my move out notice wasn't on time even though I emailed texted and. Called all cause I didn't use the correct form and when I was told this turned it in and now have to pay 1100 to move out and stay another month cause I was 2 days late.....nobody said anything about a specific form.

Bad corporation. If you rent from these guys, take pictures of everything you've cleaned because otherwise wave goodbye to your security deposit ($600 deposit plus $200 for additional "general cleaning"). I feel sorry for the employee who has to defend this company's policies to me over the phone. They were otherwise fine other than raising rent prices 30 percent with 30 days notice lol. I know these guys are just doing normal cashgrab business and it might be technically legal but it leaves a very unpleasant taste. Take your dollars for rental and investment elsewhere of you want to favor renters. To NAI Black: stop squeezing cash out of those who depart if you want to build any degree of favor in your local community. Too bad.

The food was better than average, the dinning room was very expensive, deli more responsible. Our thoughts were been there, done that. No need to return.

Thanks John & Brent for helping us before and after the sale. I would recommend NAI Black for commercial real estate transactions for sure. They were always very responsive on communications and their team was very efficient too.

You can call and leave message after message with no response. Takes forever to get anything fixed and even then May or may not be properly fixed. Unprofessional communication and false management. Harassment. The list goes on.

Where to start with this awesome company!! Great people that know their stuff and takes care of their customers. I wouldn t go anywhere else when looking for a commercial space. They have awesome options. Their Mobile App is also very helpful in staying up to date with what s on the or coming onto the market. They also offer great residential leasing options as well!
