I always use it at work.
As it is a long-established hotel in Nagoya, it is calm and service is also quiet.
The food is delicious and I always enjoy eating in the hotel.

We traveled with kids and sometimes it is very difficult to have the kids to stay still while checking into the hotel.

The reception staff saw the situation and gave something for the kids to do in order to calm them down while we were taking care of the paperworks.

The service is spectacular. Everyone is very helpful and staff goes out of their way to open doors and call elevators. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the room AC. While I could get it very cold, it always was cold and humid. The sheets felt damp. It seemed our fan in the bathroom didn't work.

I personally attended the reception at this hotel, and it was quite nice. Nowadays, there is a good point that is different from the guest house
