I have never stayed. I think sweets buffet is same as other hotels in Nagoya.

After a long time, I used it for the evening buffet.

From the conclusion, it was disappointing.

3. The staff here are very poor English. Who thought that speaking good English would be comfortable? Recommended another hotel

I stayed here for a few months for work. My room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel it's self is getting older, but take care of quite well. The location in Nagoya is a short walk from Sakae station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at the Nagoya Kanko Hotel immensely. Everything was top notch. The rooms were very comfortable, the service was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and polite and the hotel was spotlessly clean. If I were to return to Nagoya again, I would not hesitate to use this hotel. It's close proximity to the underground station, bus stop and local shops and restaurants were all very welcome.
