NADA Hotel Reviews

I was there for a quilting retreat. NADA was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. The staff and servers were friendly and extremely gracious. I highly recommend this facility.

Great place to stay if you don't need amenities. No frills; just a bed and a shower.

Great room located on the campus of Northwood University. Excellent customer service

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. I had trouble with my card for the door. They came right over to my room and helped out. Carried my things in and turned the lights on. Returned a few minutes later with a second card to make sure I didn't have any problems.

Enjoyable stay at the NADA . Basic and quiet no attractions or amenities

Lowest price. Friendly staff. Out dated rooms. Had to go into town for meals. Coffee in the room was 4 months out dated.

My daughter has stayed here a couple of times with her Rotary group. The accommodations are great and the staff are excellent.

Front desk staff was great also the security guard was professional and funny we were very happy with all we encountered

Rooms are ok. It's a student run hotel And has no room service or anything but is very convenient and inexpensive

General Lobby area was quite nice but a little packed for our event, which made it stuffy. Wouldn't recommend for extremely large events.

NADA Center is located on the campus of Northwood University. It is a full service hotel and conference center. Amenities include access to the university's fitness center and wonderful pastoral campus.

I didn't stay in a room, but I hung out for an event in their conference rooms. Very nice facilities and employees.

I think the person (Girl) at reception needs hearing aid for sure. Everything from start to finish need to be repeated twice. If you ask for check in time she gives check out time. It was really frustrating.

Arrived late, due to a delayed flight. Security guard was very nice, and provided us with the room key and helpful information.
